Thanks for the replies guys. I'm going to grab one of the ebay ones. Scotty I have an RX stock front bar. So no air holes or anything like that. Also if anyone wants a K & N filter I picked up one brand new for $86.50 from American auto spares in Strathfield. Pretty good price I reckon. Now I just have to start putting all the parts I have on the bloody car!

Just wondering what size transmission coolers other guys are running and if you are running one with a fan. I can get one which is 325 x 350 for $145.00. But I think that would struggle to fit. I will also be getting a hdi intercooler in the future if that makes any difference space wise. Thanks for any info or links. I don't do a mod until I check what you guys think!

Mr Eps. You seriously are one of, if not THE FUNNIEST bloke on here. That shit is full of lulz. Well done sir, well done. OT the pulsars are bloody good cars. Reliable and pretty cheap to run and maintain. Quite practical but don't look like a family car. Can be converted to turbo later (200fwkw easily) and all the points Mr Eps makes are very valid. Just an observation though. 8 Grand can get you a really nice car. I think you need to narrow down your must haves. DON"T under any circumstances dick around with doing a manual conversion. Just give me your money instead. I will put it to good use!!!

There is a nice looking white R34 in the street where I work. Looks like it's got GTR wheels and SPOOOL plates or similar. Are you on here?

There were guys like Duncan doing research on clutches, tyres, turbos etc when skylines first hit our shores (and whenever a new car type comes out). The reason so many people know what is good or bad now is someone tried it and it was not up to the task that they used it for. All he is trying to do is get a set of wheels that clear his brakes and let other track uses know what happened in his experience. I'm not sure why people are attacking him for buying ROTA wheels. I gurantee all the people crapping on have some form of rip-off or copy item on their car or in their house. Grow up and see what the man was trying to do. I bet many of you would not say 'hey look, I bought something and it failed, but please learn from my experience and let's discuss the cause'. Keep up the trial and error work mate. I have found your write-ups to be a great read and am using your experiences on my own track car (no not a skyline).

Went past Orange Grove last Friday night and every service station and fast food outlet around the area had unmarked cop cars blocking cars from leaving and defecting everyone. My cars don't have any defects but I still wouldn't hang around there. It's too much hassle.
