  1. What a story to brag to your mates, and grand children! come off it, this is the sort of thing a cop dreams of, chasing the baddies etc etc.. even though it turned out to be just some knucklehead who seems to have watched a bit too much Tron. loved the un-edited version too, "f*ckin ram him, ram him!!" lol
  2. cant complain at all, probably get up at 8:50 and be at the westcoast tafe in time to leave
  3. all i know is you can get up to 20bhp gain from having a highflow cat! in gran turismo 5 ofcourse..
  4. no kidding? its been pissing me off for years thinking i got ripped off
  5. What sort of graphics card do you guys think it would take to handle BF3 on high/max settings? currently have an intel i7 2.67ghz cpu, 6gb ram (computer seems to recognize only 4gb??),ATI hd4890 graphics card, some gigabyte motherboard. dont know too much about computers.
  6. damn im gonna have to get another gfx card just for this game..
  7. Nice man, has it had much work done to it?
  8. Have had the BR's in the car for a few weeks now and so far so good. Stiffer than my old hks's, so you feel the road a bit more which you get used to if you've had coilovers before. I've yet to test them on a track to see how they perform, cant wait.
  9. If u ever decide to sell your wheels man, please let me know
  10. lol this thread is hilarious, i normally wave or nod to the occasional import but i mostly recieve the cold blooded nothing expression. so yeh, sorta stopped with the nice guy attitude, more into the vin diesel these days, asking people jokingly what the retail on their car is etc.
  11. Sorry to hi-jack but if you guys are into tanks and stuff, you should check out Battleground Europe. Easily the most satisfying game ive played yet, its an FPS MMO; Axis vs allies WW2 game where you can go on 4 hour long bombing raids (the map is hundreds of kms square), dogfights, to insane tank battles and infantry firefights (play as soldier, tank, artillery, ship, plane). Crap graphics for this day and age, but the gameplay makes up for that. And the map is one massive continuous battle that wages on for weeks. Ill get back into it when they update the tanks and anti-tank guns. http://www.battlegroundeurope.com/
  12. it sure is fap worthy, very nice
  13. Hey, i gave this tutorial a shot today. I must have stuffed something up because after i put the switch back on (after gluing etc) and plugged it back in to test it, the window went down, so i pulled the switch to move it up. and its now stuck in the down position lol. I then pulled the switch off again and got that little white piece and pressed it into that other white thing its sits in (with some force), and still nothing. Is there a way to hardwire it to make the window go up, just for the timebeing incase it rains?
  14. Sorry to dig up a resting thread, but i am glad i came across it. Pretty much convinced now to go buy a set of BR type coilovers. Everyone's BC's still holding up ok?
  15. I'll look into this, and i checked that thread out. Thanks.
  16. Ive got the same problem (excedy clutch installed 15,000kms ago), although mines gotten to the point where it makes the ticking noise even with the clutch dis-engaged. Also told it was the thrust/spigot bearing and that its not really a problem until it starts messing with clutch feel etc. Birds - "bit of grease sprayed on the input shaft retainer/thrust bearing". is this accessible from underneath the car? Sorry bit of a noob here.
  17. cool, im glad i stumbled on this tutorial. im a poor-ass so i think im going to paint those surrounds black instead haha. nice tutorial.
  18. Aha! i have the same problem mate . its my drivers side switch itself thats lost its tension. i was sitting there for ages trying to pry the actual plastic switch from its mounting points... that little bugger did not want to come off, wasnt sure how strong it was but i was bending it a fair bit.. not enough i guess. glad you got it sorted on your own
  19. wicked tutorial, was alot easier than i expected
  20. sony should deploy some pirate ninja assassins to go out and hunt this hacking bastard! dead or alive
  21. a turbo skyline/supra will endevour to pop your police encounter cherry, they too have some sort of dark evil magic inside them
  22. they are fwd pos that dont even deserve to be called rice. yankie trouser stain.
  23. true skyline enthusiast perhaps whilst your talking about the mods in the car, you could have in writing in the corner or side of the screen about all the bits and pieces in the car. and agree with the above, could do with more shots of the entire car from a distance, to capture the whole stance of the car from different angles, maybe from a few different locations. very cool the way its filmed while driving around, a camera mounted on the rear bumper would be nice.
  24. if you can get all the petrol out of the petrol tank, disconnect and drop the fuel tank, then you just undo the left rear wheel nuts. that should fix the problem, i did this and runs sweet now
