by standard rexy you mean one of the latest sti's? as in the coat wearing rally spec one? or just the basic wrx model? either way, if that's beating a 250kw GTS-t (rwkw?), something's going on???

nice buy mate, but the wheels, exhaust and wing i noticed in pics arent from factory. i dont think ive ever seen any skyline go for $5,000, well nothing that has a motor or driveline attached. you bought privately i assume? i'd get it taken to a mechanic asap to get everything checked out, just to be sure. oh.. and heed the advice on these forums is my advice

hi. was wondering if when the turbo exhaust wheel disintegrates and is caught by the cat, does the cat take any damage by this happening?

well i didnt really check my speed at the time but yeah it would have been around 55-60kmh. ill get the mechanic to give it a once over when he installs the lock bar. cheers.

my hicas has been bugging me lately, hence went and bought a lock bar today. for instance i would briskly exit say a 90 degree corner more sharply (even a word?) than usual, and could feel the rear wheels wobbling around (no wheel spin or oversteering happening). whilst the hicas is trying to understand what the hell has this bloke just done, attempting to correct my driving by changing the direction of my rear wheels. hello car im the driver can you plz stop farting around with my rear wheels kthx. im especially glad i bought a lock bar after reading the above post about hicas chucking a fit and fishtailing

Yeah i read somewhere about this Dr.Drift. its like a swap over deal or something? ie, i send over ECU and he sends over remapped one? if its not cheap, id rather spend a bit more and buy something local that i know can be tuned over and over and not have any hassles with warranty or problems.. hmm.. bugger about the spark plugs Cheers.
