  2. This is the Timeslip Database on SAU - not benm's list. In your user details there is provision for you to enter your timeslip info. Don't forget to enter the URL for your timeslip so people can actually see that you ran the time. Adria
  3. I heard somewhere that my "Junko Koshino" mats are like a Japanese C.K. Anyway, link your timeslip people Adrian
  4. ummmmaaaaaahhhh.... you said "d1ck". Adrian
  5. I offer my other half's 1991 Mazda Astina but would require the balance of the difference in non-sequential $100.00 notes. Adrian
  6. *** This is an official notice regarding the timeslip database maintained on this forum by me. *** If you wish to have your time recorded on this list, you MUST provide a link to a scan or photo of your actual timeslip, (or the timeslip of the person in the other lane, obviously). If you don't have webhosting, upload it to the gallery on SAU and link to it that way. All of the people who have already listed their times but have NOT provided a link to a photo of their timeslip will have their time removed one month from today. This has come about because of a few individuals piss-farting around and filling in bogus information or in some cases, just plane lying. Sorry that this had to happen but this is a forum on the internet and attracts more than its share of wankers. If anyone has any questions or concerns about the above, please feel free to post here or email me: [email protected] All the best, Adrian
  7. And while we're on the subject of bignoters - i spent the best part of an hour on the drag times last night getting rid of bullshit times by pretenders and details that just aren't acurate. I think all of you on the list that have timeslips hosted online should update your profile with a link to said timeslip. If you don't have your timeslip scanned, get to it. Your time will be gone shortly if you don't. Adrian
  8. www.realper4mance.com - Michael is the contact and he's a top bloke too. also Peter Colburn Photographs. I saw some of the shots from this meet yesterday and they looked great. Peter and his partner are at EVERY drag event at WSID. Look for the old yellow Mazda station wagon and ask by number plate. Adrian
  9. factory ball-bearing N1 turbos maybe? Adrian
  10. japsky33, with 117mph and a 1.6 60' you have an 11.8-11.9 ET begging. Good luck mate! Adrian
  11. The real idea is to launch the instant you actually SEE the last yellow drop. Don't anticipate this, just as soon as you see the light, start your run. Trust me Adrian
  12. Forget the guy/girl in the other lane. Seriously. Just concentrate on getting off the line. Also, ignore you reaction time and for your first runs, launch after the green. The timers only start when you break the beam. Good luck mate! Adrian
  13. Awesome! I know it should be the rule and not the exception but this should can the notion that because Famous are underwritten ex-Australia, that they don't pay claims. Nice work. Adrian
  14. I think that if the driver missed 3rd gear, it wasn't a very big miss...... barely noticable. Adrian
  15. Mate, I think you need to take the safety rules a fair bit more seriously. Not that running a non-ANDRA approved cage will cause you to crash but more that an attitude that ignores these saftey regs could. And Doughboy, "...and you plow into a wall." isn't really an image any of us want. You made your point but I don't think that's the best way to do it. Adrian
  16. was the coverage JUST perth? Adrian
  17. Yes. What he said. It was a POSSIBLE reason as to the relatively low mph. Adrian
  18. Mine rather embarassingly says: "Nissan R33 Skyline 4WD" teh ghey..... who'd want a 4WD....!!?!!???!?!?! Adrian
  19. 3rd gear was missed remember. Adrian
  20. dude, post it for download somewhere so we can all see! Adrian
  21. Those plugs just look a bit coroded around the thread. Bit of moisture got in there mate. Make sure the new ones are seated properly when installed next time but not too tight of course. The top and centre electrodes look fine though. Adrian
