already played demo code of it... 0wn3d the lot of you! it looks awesome and the cars lap tsukuba in almost exactly the same time (to the tenth) as the real cars... my sony rep wouldnt let me copy it though

No modchip for a ps2 will let you play vcd's. To find out which ps2 chip you NEED, you first need to know which model ps2 you have! there have been many models released that all look the same and YES it makes a difference. check http://1tronic.com/ps2_ver.htm to see which one you need. if you want the right chip that is.... Many many many gts-t's have had the turbine wheel break up or fly off entirely and play friendly-like with their catalytic converter. This is because of the way in which the ceramic wheel on the exhaust side is bonded to the shaft, (some kind of epoxy??). It either delaminates and detaches from the shaft or bits fly right off and imbalance the turbo dramatically. ** -
