  1. The place where I got it from (ebay store) was located in Japan, I'm pretty sure I got the EMU + harness for around $600/650 delivered. Unfortunately they were affected by the Tsunami and they don't seem to sell EMU's anymore...
  2. Yep. No tune for u unless u get an emu installed...or a fcon... Lol at ultratune 'tuning' cars!!
  3. yeah I will...but I'm not free till the weekend and he's probably too busy getting his his turbo fixed and car tuned...
  4. maybe just take some close up pics of how the lights sit on the bar...that'd be a starter! thanks!
  5. hmmm...I've had quite alot of issues. Never mind it seems its drinking the stuff at 20L/100km, but every morning when I start the car during the LPG switchover my car will stall without fail. It will also stall/splutter/cough during switchover randomly. I've learnt to not drive the car until switchover is complete and the AFM is showing proper figures. There's been a couple of close calls when I started driving, then the gas kicked in and the car stalling on me... TBH its more of an annoyance....I can't complain too much doing 250awkw @ 57c per Litre....
  6. I've got the MAP sensor installed but doesn't seem there's a need to use it...
  7. If you're gonna cut fuel what's the point of flowing more air? Am I missing something here?
  8. Hey Sage I was down at Seaview the other day getting my 1000km "service"...they mentioned you were there the day before. Darren said he's looking to put our cars on a 4wd dyno and fine tune the gas? Did you ever get back to you? I'm looking at getting bigger gas jets/calibrators so I can run higher boost...
  9. I think Aaron is saying after you had the suction pipe fitted you had airflow cut @ 4.5k RPM too?
  10. Once you install the suction pipe you'll get airflow cut. This happened with me and that's with the stock turbo, at around 4k RPM I timed it so that after I got the suction pipe, I had Scott's hi flow and injectors installed the next week, then off to tune on the Saturday. You'd also have to baby the car till its tuned (this is if you upgrade the injectors and what not)...I got sick of staying off boost pretty quick! Depending on the size of injector you're upgrading to, you won't be able to drive it unless you've got a basic map put in via a piggyback. My car was at Scotts for a few days getting all the mods put in and when it was ready to go Cihan came to install emanage and loaded a basic map into it so I can drive it...
  11. These arrived today...but looks like they might be useless unless I can find the surrounds for them,...
  12. tempted but its not very convenient for me
  13. Lol. I'll keep my mouth shut then...
  14. Dunno...if I lose my job? My wife gets pregnant and has triplets? f**k if I know....LOL or maybe I get a company car and have to drive some boring Ford POS....
  15. LOL...at least I can sell the rims...I cant sell the extra tuning from the ECU
  16. Well the whole point is I don't want to pay for stuff I don't need! Also, IF I ever want to part out the car in the future (heaven forbids if I want to sell it as stock as possible) I guess I'll need another ECU to sell the damn thing...
  17. Well can't they just copy the stock ECU settings/tune then remove the restrictions? For myself I don't need their guesstimate tuning...
  18. I knew there was another reason why I went Brembo instead of the Ake's
  19. This is why you need bigger brakes... I'm sure at stock power and a bit more braided line + rotors + pads are fine... I want to enjoy the power I paid for with a bit of safety...so upgrading my brakes seems like a worthwhile thing.
  20. This. Look, I don't blame him since he's caught a bit of flak on here (some of it deserved though)... And the keyboard warrior thing...
  21. Yeah that was me and my Mrs...!
  22. What's the point? They are heavier without any more benefits. Other then being new...
  23. Hmm funny, my wife's uncle took me up for a flight in his chopper a few months back. Along the coast down to Mornington. Was ok but got a bit meh towardss to end. I'm sure flying it 1st hand makes a huge difference. I know I enjoyed my stick time in a cessna when I was younger....
  24. Was this Saturday or Friday? I frequent that exit a bit on the weekend...
