  12. Trying my best to get things sorted, having alot of people hounding me and I'm hounding suppliers to give me back the money for the damaged parts to refund you guys. I'm currently out of work so any refund at this time would be out of my pocket. At current my income has pretty much froze so I can only use my money wisely.
  13. Every ECU in every car is linked together and as part of a system called GSIS (Global Spherical Intergalactical Satelite) to make contact with extraterestrials who gives us blue prints on how to create the iPhone 20 and Galaxy S2K. As for the price, it's military grade equipment with the possibility of it being sourced a few light years away. The people who made it probably uses the ECU as ancient paperweights in which we found use for.
  14. Also just putting it out there for choices, Bendix General CT will do great on the street for normal use. Though for the sake of having goodies on my car, I'll be getting some Dixcel pads.
  15. Just pick up a standard set of Bendix General CT from your local auto store.
  16. I could only scratch the surface of "Highway Cruiser" as I like driving at the limit on motorways and freeways, but that is normal for everyone too, I only scratch the surface cause I like it though no laws are broken. It seems like every form of media is trying to generalize true car enthusiasts to actual hoons. Hoons aren't only just young people, had a flamin mongrel in a 4WD flash his high beams at me and hold his horn for a good 5 seconds straight trying to get me going and the dude was in his 50s. They also left out the "Chilled Hoon", those who don't give a f**k all about racing, speeding, who respect the law and doesn't want any trouble, who tend to go slow and hold up traffic because traffic is at speed limit and who just wants to enjoy the car for what it is and respect it.
  17. yeah I've got yellow stains as well. its like the yellowness has "soaked" into the paint, can't get it out..
  18. Just curious, what does egg do to the paint? same effects as bird shit?
  19. If anyone is to go with JustCar, I strongly advise everyone to read their PDS first and read every line over and over again until you get it 100% so if in the event you do get into an accident, you know what to say to be able to cover yourself. There's quite a few points in there that I'm not satisfied about, namely if you get into an accident, the car has to be repaired by their selected smash repairer. Given that insurance jobs with Skylines would require new parts which isn't readily available, the cost of repair is jacked up and the chances of being written off is high. In short, you don't get a say in where your car goes to repair as I would have mine repaired at a JDM specialist. Been through the claims with NRMA and now I'm with JustCar but I would consider swapping back to NRMA based on their PDS. Another point in favor for NRMA is that if the other person threatens court action to dispute against a claim made against them and holding them at fault, NRMA will back the person 100% in who they believe is not at fault. JustCar requires you to represent yourself which also includes attending court dates.
  20. Yep, have both available for driver side door. $100 for regulator $40 for switch
  21. Sounds like the motor if the switch panel is still working for the passenger side. The likes of half the switch panel just mysteriously "dying" out is very little. I've got a spare switch or regulator if you need.
  22. does it take it off 100%? I've tried all the methods here already, still getting really faint outlines of droplets. I'm down to trying Acetone but I don't want it to eat away my window seals
  23. Domonic is white 33, Liverpool area lol. Don't think he's on these forums
