the more I look into this the more I realise that with the F1 event and the GOR cruise plus a few other things (new 18's just purchased) I'm not too sure if i'll have the cash to do this round.....which is such a dissapointment as of all tracks I wanted to do, this is the main one. *get calculator out again*

more food for thought..... secondhand RB25 go for around $1500 these days, $500-$600 for someone to fit it....round the same cost. But you dont really know the condition of a secondhand engine unless you get it from a freind.

replacement head gasket, machine the head (if it wasnt too over heated thats is), chemically flush the radiator, flush out the cooling system a few times an you'll be good to go again mate. I'd guess a workshop would be charging about $1500-$2000 to do this, depending on how dearthey are an how much money they wanna make out of it. whilst the heads off, should add in there a new timing belt & pulleys as there shouldnt be any etra labour costs to fitting the belt as it had to be removed and replaced anyway (if there cheeky they'd add .2 to .3 of an hour for fitting the pulleys). best of luck Wayne! I had a stock series 2 wing on mine with the Veilside rear bar....looked TERRIBLE!! also had a GTR wing on there too...also looked TERRIBLE!! so far the D-wing is all ive found that suits it. My GT wing looked ok, not into the whole 'rice' thing though the Trust and TommyKiara wings are something different that dont look too bad for aftermarket wings

I got mey rearbar from carmate, fitted extremely well will very little work to have it fitting perfectly. My mate got his rear bar from UniqueAutoSports...also a top quality item. Best of luck

yeah, i'll be keeping my black BBS 17's for some r-compound rubber eventually...just cant afford the rubber right now. Was considering some 16's for track work cause the rubber would be cheaper, but i dont think it'll be that much cheaper? What sorta Rays you looking at? So many types/colours would suit your colour car.... I got a call Wednesday from Aaron saying my rims were in, but he wasnt happy with the gutter rash on them, so he's getting them repaired for me (no extra cost), what a champ! any details? are they full adjustable (both height and dampen)? any sign of leakage? where are you located? do you have a phone number or email or someway of being contacted apart from on here? I tend to agree....either go carbon an just put your stock bonnet back on if you get done about it. Or just stick with White the old painting the bonnet black looks a bit "rice racer", real deal or not at all I say.

Currently my car has un aftermarket alarm/immodiliser fitted with remote lock/unlocking. For no apparent reason, now when i press the button, the siren beeps but the doors dont unlock? same goes for locking it. So i'm having to press the button to disarm the alarm, then use the key to unlock the car, which is annoying. the central locking still works manually, when unlocking/locking with the key it operates both door locks & the passanger door lock still locks at about 25km/h any idea whats wrong? it did this to me about 12months ago, but after about a month it just started working again? Now its been more like 6 months so I need to look into fixing it. any help very much appretiated thanks Berin

title says "Carbonfiber Cam And Rocket Cover" ( i think he meant rocker...not rocket) so i think he is talking about the rocker covers & the front cam covers. NOT just the spark plug cover

pretty sure there 33 GTR clear side indicators made to fit. Can get the 33 ones from www.nismo.com.au (uniqueautosports) theres also these from www.carmate.com R32 LED side indicators

RB26 rocker covers do bolt up to the RB25. But there taller so they dont fit under the stock throttle body an cooler piping. So if you have a greddy or simillar custom manifold, they'll fit fine. They also dont fit if you have a Jap made high mount turbo manifold an bigger than stock turbo (turbo housing hits the exhaust side cover)
