  1. yeah, if they had tyres on em for that price i'd consider it. Thanks for all the help so far, I emailed both Slidewize & Aaron.....Aaron has already got back to me ...Champ
  2. I've been looking on here flat out....nothing. but yeah, I always check out whats for sale on here, both in the vic section and general section.
  3. I've look around the net at a few places, but haven't really found much. So I'm hoping for some good links to point me in the right direction. I'm looking for some good quality (Volk/Work/Weds/Nismo/Rays/BBS etc) second hand 18inch rims with good tyres for my R33 gts-t. ideally a staggered set with 8-9inch wide front rims and 9-10inch wide rears obviously offsets to suit a 33 gts-t (around +35, +38 i believe?) I know there's heaps of import places around that come accross this kind of thing all the time....I just dont know any of there names or locations or websites. any help appretiated, thanks Berin
  4. very tempting! If I had the cash right now id seriously be getting this for my 33. (minus all the 32 specific stuff) good luck with the sale!
  5. I went and tried these on my R33 gts-t today... Great condition rims and look great....... This is what I found: the rims are +45 front and rear offsets, so they hit calipers on a 33 gts-t on both front and rear, would need to run 5mm spacers both front and rear to fit them. also both front tyres are completely bald on the inner edges, to the point that one wont even hold air. So the need 2 new tyres on the front. Rear tyres have near new tread on outside edge with about 2-3mm on the inner edges. just thought people should know what I now know. good luck with the sale
  6. need these gone as soon as I can.....grab a bargan for a nice set of quality rims & tyres.
  7. up you go
  8. a set of rims I recently bought are now up for sale as I've found a set of 18's I want more WORK 'ewing' 2 piece rims black centre chrome lip. 17x8 fronts 17x9 rears, 114.3x5 stud pattern (nissan, toyota, most jap 5 studs....falcons) unsure of offsets, stickers hard to read, but fit my R33 perfectly they have 235/45/R17 Brigestone Potenza RE030 tyres front an rear with 80-90% tread left SOLD Cheers Berin [email protected]
  9. come on people...im 11th on the bench ....start pulling out....hehehe
  10. yeah i have a custom carbon bonnet....awesome quality!!! be prepared to pay a fair bit though, if it the first one they make, they have to create a mould etc etc, which you'll probably be volunteering your bonnet for... but if anyone can i'd reckon it'd be them
  11. need to know 100% what the offsets are. I've had a set of exact same rims on my car but with +45 as the rear off sets an didn't clear the rear brakes on my 33. As well as sticking out of the geard a few mm. The set i tried on my 33 came off a black drift 180sx.
  12. what type/size rims would you consider swap/trade for? any idea if these fit an R33gts-t? what sort of car did they come off?
  13. Damn...missed out again I havent got access to the net at work....so cant get on here to get the forms till after 6pm....which is far to late at the rate these thing sell out. who's phone sends out the message letting us know that the event is open? (great idea, an thanks). Can I send a text back to that in the future saying Im in an sort out forms & payment as soon as I get home in future (email & net bank)? Can I call that number an give credit card details as immediate payment and fax forms in the next day (dont have fax at home)? I always have a great time at these events, but unfortunatly if the entries keep opening during work hours I just cant get in. put me on the reserves list and I'll fax in the entry form tomorrow morning when I get to work. Fingers crossed people pull out cheers
  14. do you think the Volks will sit in the guards on a 33 gts-t? any idea on postage to VIC 3215? would you sell them for $3000 with tyres? cheers, Berin
  15. best to just keep it justin.....put it back on the car when you decide to sell it an get some money back for the lock bar. Thats what i'm doing anyway. Much easier to sell the lock bar later than the standard unit now. good luck all the same
  16. does that include all oil/water lines required to fit the bolt the turbo straight up to an RB25DET? I dont really need another manifold as my car already has one....but oh well. what condition is it in? any shaft play? right to bolt on an go or recomend a rebuild?ever boosted it above 12.5psi to see what it can achieve? does anything require moving in order to mount it in the standard low mount position on an R33? an last but not least, what would postage be to Geelong, Vic, 3215? cheers. Berin
  17. they have the wrong rear bottom mounts for a 33 gts or gts-t what car did they come off?
  18. i didnt think that they'd fit on my skyline either....but the clear brakes and fit in the guards perfectly. My reading of the stickers inside them could be wrong....there very faded an hard to read. is there anyway I can measure? they sit exactly the same on my skyline as my other 17's which are +38 front an +35 rear
  19. Gates Racing timing belt is the same thing as the Greddy one. I've seen the Gates Racing (blue) belts on heaps of high performance Nissans, I have one sitting in the shed ready to install soon myself. I'm pretty sure the Gates belt comes out of the same factory as one of the Jap brands anyway, it says MADE IN JAPAN on it (it physically looks identical to the Greddy one except the logo & part number on it). So the quality is exactly the same, but HEAPS CHEAPER. cant go wrong really. Gates also just released new adjustable timing cam gears too...funnily enough only to suit Jap cars and have the EXACT same part numbers as the HKS items...hmmm (only difference is the the centre part is blue) quality the same...cost less....Go for the GATES RACING belt. Should be able to get it for less than $100. I paid $89 for mine. part number on my box is : T1040R hope thats of some help. Cheers Berin
  20. great price for a great unit! I have one of these and have found it great. If your wanting to put it into an R33 gts-t, you can buy a small loom from microtech which plugs from the ecu to your factory loom....NO WIRING UP NEEDED (thats what I have). I assume you can get these for an R32 aswel? but you'd have to check with Microtech to be 100% sure on the R32. good luck with the sale!
  21. there called WORK "Ewing". black centre's chrome lip. 17x8 front rims 235/45/r17 +43 Bridgestone RE030 Potenza tyres 17x9 rear rims 235/45/r17 +47 Bridgestone RE030 Potenza tyres I have 2 of the centre caps, but they look better without them on! The tyres have only done around 15 - 20,000km of easy street driving, HEAPS left, and no bad camber wear. pic is attatched below of the rims.
  22. if its not a rip off plenium...how come it doesnt say Greddy in the box on it like a genuine one does? (pictured below) do you have a recipt? or a box it came in, proving it to be genuine?
  23. any idea if they'd bolt onto an R33 gts-t skyline without spacers? I have some WORK 2 piece 17x8 & 17x9 rims I might consider trading. Black mulit spoke centres with chrome lip. They have Bridgestone 235/45/R17 tyres on them with about 80% tread left.
  24. I'll come along and bring my passport photo. Did you fill out a form for me with the details I gave you ash? or should I fill out another one?
