  1. Where are Aarons and Franks times? Sorry i couldn't make it, something came up last minute If you want to get the tape and camera to me (if its a DV which it probably is) I can grab it off and put it on the PC for you.
  2. Nice car ant! First thing is to get rid of those crap falkens before you bend the car. Not the tyre you want to be using on a nice car like that.
  3. Green? Mine are the same bulbs you have, and look half between the white xenon colour and standard halogen yellow colour.... maybe a bit more on the white side, but my old bulbs were definatly whiter... but i read they need some time to wear in to give that white colour, which is why most people change both at once if one blows.
  4. Good to see. After a couple of hundred hours the HID's will whiten up a bit more.
  5. Sorry i didn't mean to be rude. It just may help you sell the car if you list what times it has run. Good Luck.
  6. What times does it run around Sandown/Calder/Winton/PI ? Never seen it around thats all....
  7. That's right, but best way to keep exactly the same rolling diameter is to use exactly the same sized tyres...
  8. I was at the sti dyno day, all ran well and a good bunch of guys... worth checking out...
  9. HAHAHAHAHHAHAH what a call.... I only got a few photo of the F430... http://picasaweb.google.com/fernii/F430AtDutton $40,000 worth of brakes....... Glad to see all 3 of hte SAU cars made it all the way through the event without trouble. Go nissan!
  10. i have a set of 265s on my 18x9, they are baggy and feel a bit slow to react when turning... i'd stick with 245 or 255.... you'll get better handling, and in a GTR you don't need the grip of that extra 10mm, because you have 4wd.
  11. wow VE SS didn't know you got one, let us know what you think of it after you've run it in.
  12. snowy and chris can't lose now, they have my wheels.

What a champ, upload them to darK's site......
  15. NTSC is the output format in USA and Japan... 480 horizontal lines, PAL is used in most of europe and australia... 576 horizontal lines.... but come to think of it, since the xbox can output HDTV and most people will use the HDTV signal, i don't think PAL/NTSC comes into it.... maybe something in the game that checks NTSC game on NTSC xbox.... Most modern TV sets will display NTSC signals anyway.... check your TV Manual?
  16. So what are the events at essendon and sandown? Ohh and good luck everyone

Who hosted them last couple of times? http://sau.tharaka.net/ Ask them nicely
  18. as said above, just look for a car that you like, don't worry too much if its vspec or not....
  19. yeah i've always thought it was about 10L left, so most skylines would get say around 10-14L/100k, so roughly you'd get about 50-100ks....

Try youtube or you can usually FTP them to your ISP's webspace and we could grab them from there....
  21. I did a M3 driver training day around philip island in brand new (4,000ks old) m3's... awesome car, so nice, well balanced.. it certainly doesn't put you back in your seat and doesn't 'feel' quick but thats because it's so smooth. a quick check of the speedo and i then realised i was going fast. I'd have(want) one as a daily, but not as a track car, can't beat a well sorted out GTR on the track.
  22. I've swapped from RB74 to DS3000, found the DS3000 much better so far (but thats what i was expecting). I have also used the DS2500's on the M3 Driver training day, they run them in thier driver training cars on the track at philip island, they coped a beating all day, lap after lap for like 20-30 laps at a time with no fade or problems.... maybe the 2500's you had were fake or a dud set? find it hard to belive the bendix stuff was better.
  23. Voltage free? what does it run on, biodisel?
  24. haha yeah but bass did get bonnet damage, and it was a fair effort - can't think of anyone else who had an accident this year? Sent mine in again.
