  1. So had the car serviced on Thursday and cracked the lip again getting into the shop. They remounted it a little better and cable tied it up. It's so low. I love it, but god it is scary going over bumps. Galvsport did the service. Thrilled with the attention to detail they put into the service, although they did produce a large list of things to fix. I am happy though, because it has been the first shop to meticulously go over the car and find tiny things wrong, which is exactly what I wanted. Most of the items are small but much needed fixes. Some small like putting a bend in my screamer so it doesn't rest on an air con hose, others a bit bigger, like I will soon need rear subframe bushes. So while I am up north this fortnight I will be pricing up and/or purchasing: - Camber arms front and rear. I do have aftermarket arms, but apparently they are rubbish with a lot of play. So I have been recommended some better brands. - Big brake upgrade. This is a personal choice, I just want more stopping power. Will also get some braided lines as well. - New front lip. One that isn't so darn low. - Surge tank/fuel setup. For science... I think once I got the larger brakes on, converted to e85 and done the above service work, she is probably at the point where I need to start stripping down the rb30 in the shed and buying forgies for that. I did look at stopping now and saving for a 34R, but they are so god damn expensive. Like 65k for a stock one! Mine will never be a GTR, but it'll be a heap more fun in the meantime than waiting 2+ years to be able to afford one.
  2. Depends on what angle you look on. Here is 9.5+20, with some camber. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't change my offset for the world, I think it is perfect, but the cops wouldn't like it that's for sure. If you're only worried about form, go for it. You could run +15 all round if you wanted to. It's pokey, but not mexican.
  3. Yes, 235 will be fine. If you are concerned about legality, I would go for the +22. The 15 will be a fairly aggressive fitment and assuming you are not lowering the car. I have 9.5+20, which is close to your 9+15, and my rims poke both front and back, even with camber.
  4. Body kit is on. Looks mint! But all the good paint makes the rest of the bad paint on the car look worse. Remember in the above post where I mentioned it would be really low? Yeah I've already cracked the front bumper. A bit devo, but not the end of the world, half expected it at some point.
  5. Got my gtr style kit put on. Hit a large rock and already cracked the front lip. Had it less than 12 hours. Pretty heartbroken.
  6. Must.. Resist urge.. To... Masturbate....
  7. No the ad is perfect just the way it is. Mentioning location was a nice touch as well.
  8. Yeah ice is some scary stuff. I remember hearing some news article a while back about a patient in emergency on ice who had to be restrained because he started eating his eyeball. Actually scares me more than anything in this world, to think that there is something out there that can hallucinate you to the point that you believe eating yourself is a viable option. This is coming from a guy who has a pretty open mind, and is willing to try almost anything. But logic and reason obviously play a large part in my decisions to try something new. I see the risk far outweighing the positives in that scenario.
  9. I was never arguing that drugs are good, or should be made legal. I am saying that not every user of illicit drugs is an evil drain on society, who commit crimes and "are only focused on getting their next hit" I barely drink. It's disgusting and the feeling of being drunk is awful. I have done so much more stupid shit drunk than high on MD, coke, or weed.
  10. Not sure if Royce has posted here, but he is running 730whp on his stock bottom end neo. Or maybe it was 630. Either way, impressive.
  11. Go through the thread, look at what people have used. Though 9.75+30 would be a safe but aggressive fitment. Visually the difference between the 8.75 and 9.75 may be the amount of dish, but we are talking minor differences.
  12. Nothing better than going on a woman and child killing spree when I've just had a cone. Makes the high so much better.
  13. So how about me then? I have a full time job, savings, no debt. I have never driven under the influence of anything. My recreational drug use hasn't effected anyone in my life in a negative way. I am a fully functioning drug user, and it hasn't had any negative impact in my life whatsoever, only positive. Is your view of drug users that we all steal cash, and sit in a dark room shooting up, planning the next crime we can commit or way we can do something malicious? I have no idea how you are going to dislodge your head out of your ass because it seems to be so crammed up there you have a sick and twisted view on reality. You're the one who has been fed bullshit and misinformation. You have been told growing up "drugs are bad", and instead of doing a little thinking for yourself, you think anyone that takes illicit drugs to be a leach on society. I am not admitting that what I am doing is right, and there are plenty of incidents where drug use has ended up with people being hurt or killed. But so has alcohol, and even prescription drugs.
  14. Jesus you're gloomy. Not EVERYONE that takes drugs gets behind a wheel. Regardless whether it is illicit or not, no one should be driving under the influence of anything.
  15. For the power I am making, or in general? My pressures seem to be ok. I had a look through "The goods on oils" page and it seems a lot of people are saying Nulon 10w40 is a decent oil. What would be the issue running that?
  16. I can't remember what my mechanic used last time he did it. He specializes in RB engines, so I trust he put in the good stuff. 10w30 motul rings a bell though, but again, no idea. Probably due for a service soon. Cheers for the reminder.

  18. Soooo last week had an old lady hit me from behind, damaging my rear bumper. When we pulled over at a petrol station I was outside my car inspecting it, and she reversed into my front bumper. Unreal. Damage isn't bad, both bumpers will be getting resprayed and all covered by my insurance. Because the car is a grey import it has gone to a small repair shop. I took the liberty of dropping my body kit off to them, and they'll spray & fit it for some extra cash on the side. Should all be getting done before the end of January. Fun times ahead. Only problem is I have a feeling I'll have to raise the front coils up, as it will be ~50mm from the ground. May invest in some new shoes to fill up the guards better if that is the case. Fun times ahead!
  19. Cheers mate. Appreciate it. Yeah looking over 'money vs power gain' upgrades, e85 is certainly the way to go for the next tune. May get a fuel cell and new lines priced up. I'll get the body work done first though. And I really have to start putting more toward a house. Running a link g4+ with MAP based tune.

  21. Engine pretty much done. Ended up at 440rwhp @ 20psi on 98. Tuner ended up pulling back as it was starting to knock, and he knew how much abuse it will be copping, so he thought it rather safe. It will be going in for a retune, apparently my boost controller is old school, and he wants my ECU to control boost, so he needs to get an attachment for it. So that will happen eventually. Very happy with the power it is making now. The 6 boost sounds amazing, and the dose is great. I have interest in a lot of the old parts, and I am starting to sell them to fund the body work. Should be done early next year.
