Free trade agreement is bogas... You will get hit with customs duty, search fees and GST, irrelevant about free trade...it just means that some items have reduced duties. I don't know what they are, contact customs they are reasonably helpful. They have been to me in the past!!

I used to run Mobil 1, then Motul 4100 turbolight. Since rebuilding the engine I have gone back to Motul only to find that the rebuilt engine does not have enough oil pressure. Am now using Pennzoil and it has been a good step. Now some think that Penrite and Penzoil are the same, they are not. Penrite is S.H.I.T. the only car I have ever even contemplated using Penrite in was a 1982 Sigma that had worn valve guides so it would not blow too much smoke and if it burnt oil it was only shit stuff anyway... On a side note my engine was rebuilt using chrome moly rings and as such I will not be using full synthetic oil, its too thin, but recommended that you only use Semi-synthetic with stock RB anyway, I have heard this from numerous sources in the State, Aus and Japan. They run full synthetic if they build the car and that is what they should use. Penrite would not even go in my lawn mower...

At the end of the day you have to settle for what you want... My opinion about the Auto issue is: 1. Full manual set up for the transmission 2. Get a PFC if you know a good tuner I have to agree that there are alot more people in the Eastern States willing to tune a PFC versus a Link. But I am sure someone in Perth is able to tune a PFC and you don't have to resort to a Link that was originally designed by Possum to run on offroad WRX's... This system is not designed to run your daily driver to the drivability of the standard ECU, it won't it can't so build the bridge. The PFC has greater background and research and is designed for driveability AND tuneability that the Link is not...end of story!!

Any idea of price??? Mandrel Bent??? Otherwise I will just get one from the local exhaust shop made up!!

Thanks Dan, I really want a 2...have seen 2 so far both in Adelaide FFS... I loved the 3 but too many Sydney dickheads ruin them with big chrome and shit...maks me want to cry. And the other thing is the old man bought a 2 new, and then sold it when I was born..what a dickhead... Looking at about $5-7 though, and happy with a 12A for the time being, as my cousin has a series 1 7 with a 13B just rebuilt he wants to off load in the next 6 months as he is going with the T!!!

You will need to do a special order, just call or email them, they can order it in. You will need to money order though I think I got them to order the dual pod for a 33 and have it sitting at home!!!

That is correct, if it is over the $1000AUD then you will get jammed, unless you know someone in the states willing enough to received the goods for you and send them back with a reduced amount on the declaration, not that I am advising you to do that nor take any responsibility...just heard that a few people do it. Oh and most performance places will NOT adjust the invoice price, as there are severe fines for them. I get my parts from Summit in the States obviously and they even state that on the invoice. However, if you know someone and buy them, and get someone to bring them back often they are depreciated and then reduced customs. I wish I could help but I am almost up to my limit as is!!!
