Well, here's my effort.. Like said have to use dumbbells. Shit cam angle sorry - no one to film so its resting on a bench against my bottle. I kinda took it slow.. Probably for the worse.. Yeah I know its not touching my chest - should I aim for it to with dumbbells? I'm 79.8kg morning, 82ish night, 40kg dumbbells. 13 reps
