    I was going to make it lower but a bit wider 10mm base 3 inch pipe for the sides with a top plate 3mm. I starting planning it out just need to work out volume it will be I'm aiming for 5.5 but see what happens hard to figure out

    Ok so the 30 is no good the crank is to far gone. so the 25 is going in fully forged will be better I think anyway. Atleast I know it will fit.

    Not hard to weld the gate shut from internal to external with the pull of a trigger. Thanks man the manifold is def the most cost effective way to make a external gate

    As long as you have a manifold to accept a external gate and you can deal with welding over head

    25/30 might not be happening haven heard back from easys yet iv got a rb25 block in perfect nick just needs pistons. Why are there 2 plugs on the acc rather then the 1 on my 20

    If it's causing a problem the change to external not hard just costs money. Otherwise buy a new dump pipe

    What about the acc valve everything else is sweet iv checked. The rb25 acc has 2 plugs where the rb20 one has 1

    You should be able to get over 200kw with a tune and breathing mods on stock turbo seen a 33 do it the other day. On only 10psi

    I'm starting mine today trying to use factory everything. Im going to get it flow tested. You could just buy a 350 special from eBay but where's the fun in that.
