    Will take 2 hours tops to replace if you have a go. Workshops will genraly charge you through the ass so to speak. Do you have spanners and a socket set?

    Your spending money for no gain 3 grand will get you over 220 kw in a proper turbo car rather then spending that putting a stock turbo engine in your car they come out turbo and na for a reason

    Yeah I watched your video and seen your build looks like a mad setup. But I have picked up a Garret 3040 for cheap off a forum member so going that way. If I don't like it then t67 will go on on doubts. The 30 bottom end should have no problem spooling a 3040 Just have to wait and see

    Hey everyone might aswell post my results Td06h-20g turbo 8cm housing Turbosmart 35 external gate Gtr cooler Stock manifold with wastegate mod 3 inch exhaust 750cc injectors Nistune Stock motor Car made 242kw with major wheel spin form 5 grand so prob closer to 260 I was told on 18 psi Will post graph when I can now has a blown hg so building a 25/30

    It was brand new plus if you go to repco and ask they don't have the numbers only sr20 ones. Rb20 o2 looks different to the rb25 o2

    Stock cams are good for over 300 why spend money when you don't have to

    You cas may be causing the problem or the bracket that holds it may be broken. Unless your plugs a totally black they will still work

    I seen it thought he was a yank for a min I agree with jez o2 sensor also work out how liters per 100 your getting. Your gauge might be on your left foot

    I think they are different. My o2 sensor went on my rb20 and I threw a 25 one I had lying around and the car ran rich as hell black smoke out the back just buy the right one or sr20 is the same

    Just buy a bottom end put your head on it I have a 25 turbo bottom end if you around sydney

    If I was a 25 g would be the go but we want POWER not power haha I'm selling my td06 as a kit 1000 for everything

    Td06h-20g turbo for sale come off my 20 only had dyno time next to no use selling as a kit turbo, turbomart 35 gate, front pipe and manifold 1000 bucks

    Ok so it seems I couldn't make up my mind but just got a phone call that made me giggle the 30 block is ok crank and everything just needs bearings oh well 25/30 it is oh and the 25 forgies are no good lucky the are still a set of 30 forgies in perfect nick oh my luck is changing

    The reason is there was suspicion the the 30 block was cracked but just got a phone call saying it's all good the pistons where out of that block and now everything is ready to go so 25/30 seems to be a go ahead

    I no it's a late question but what is the difference the pistons are made to suite a twin cam head. With the 25 rods wouldn't it work?

    Also boydy and I pulled that head off that motor in the rain not fun

    Iv got a 30 block with a spun bearing but now we are talking money but still a option

    The guy I was buying the pistons off got it wrong they are 25 forged pistons hello forged rb25

    Needs to be covered in nsw not sure on qld. Just cut a hole under the pod cover with mesh and put your box over the top Looks fine

    Not sure will have to have a look tonight. Make a offer. They where in a motor for 500 km but oil pump failed and spun a bearing
