    Pickle paste and scotch bright pads and they will look a million bucks. The secret is to run back over your weld without filler rod will make it nice and smooth also try a small weave to get your nice half moon shape

  3. Hey everyone iv got a set of Phillips 10000 k hid lights in my r32 coupe gtst and they suck not bright at all can't see the road properly it's a hazard. Now does any one know how to make them brighter like using a booster of some sort? Cheers

  6. Do you have a exhaust leak before the turbo sounds stupid but my mates 33 did the same thing fixed the leak and all good. Is your intake stock might be sucking shut on boost
  7. Turbo cars don't suck air like na. You can always hear it on a na. My rb20 don't make noise and every other turbo car iv been in don't make the sound y do you want it when you can hear the turbo spooling much better the gay induction noise
  8. Yeah finished it yesterday boost comes on a lot smoother now strangly. No boost spikes either sits at 14 flat even at top rpm I'll post some finished photos my cooler piping looks shit but can't afford to buy the material to finish it so what I got will do for now.

  11. Yeah then go the 10 message the bloke prior to buying and say to him you want the turbo for a external setup and see what he can offer didn't cost me any more for him to do this
  12. 8 cm on a 20 or you will be in lag heven I got them to tig the flapper to make it external works a treat

  17. It's in a 20 so no serious power in just going to mod the stock rail
  18. Hey everyone unfortantly my injectors are to short by 10mm yeah big fk up by supplyer who is now bust. So before I finish my tuning im going to either customize stock rail not keen on this as I want to keep a few stock parts for the future. or build a new one or option 3 is pull the whole plenum off and get the mounts machined down by 12 mm. I'm more then capable of making a rail out of stainless but can I make it bigger will it help me in any way by more flow holds more fuel? Has anyone had experience with larger rails?

  22. Will you need a wastegate that big it will be a lot of work the 38 mm pipe suited it perfect! I guess you could flare or shrink the pipe to suite the gate. I mean 38 to suite manifold then it opens up to 44 similar to how they flair you exhaust pipe if you know what I mean.
  23. That's not including labour as I did it myself. it should not be any more then 150 with flanges surely it's a 20 min job
  24. My dump pipe cost me 30 bucks x1 mantel bent 3 inch ms that is super overpriced
  25. Yeah just means you will have to use a die grinder to open up the back to get sufficient flow and be sure to heat well as because you taking out a lot of material it will want to warp the manifold. What's the turbo your running
