  1. My mattress was $1800. Everyone who has slept on it says it's amazing. I get around 3 hours a sleep a night. Last night: Went to bed at 12.30pm, went to sleep round 2.00am, woke up at 5.00am went back to sleep, woke up to my alarm at 6.15am. That's actually good for me.
  2. One day I will get my form right!
  3. I haven't been to the gym, I can hardly drive let alone lift weights. I am resting, I didn't even go to yoga tonight. This isn't going to go away with rest. Tried some foam rolling at home but now I'm in really bad pain when I move When I was foam rolling it really hurt on my shoulder blade and now it's just a constant tingling sensation on my shoulder blade with random shooting paim.. Good or bad?
  4. Has anyone here had cortisone injections or knowledgeable in the procedure? On a side note, would it be appropriate to have injections a week before trigger point therapy or is that not a good idea? Thank you

  6. Injections are mainly effective as an anti inflammatory but can be used to help make a diagnosis
  7. I have trigger point therapy in 6 days so maybe I should leave injections until after that? Ugh I don't know what to do

  9. yeah, but I'm starting to get random shooting pain in other areas of my body like lower back and legs (has been happening over the last two days)
  10. It's not my shoulder; to me it's my lat/trapezuis muscle.. maybe a tear? Swapping to a friends auto tomorrow because driving my car is too painful when I change to second and fourth gear. Physio says its facet joint/thorasic spine injury, it's nearly a month now, so maybe it is joint which is why I'm looking into injections, probably steroid.
  11. Starting to get into the depression side of things, I can't even do cardio and knowing that I can't do aerobics tonight is killing me. Looking at getting injection therapy; it's $140 but I just want to get better

  13. Do you know what, the guy is actually quite big. You wouldn't know he goes to the gym every day just by looking at him

  17. Hey guys I'll just do 150kg bench press, nothing to see here! I was taking to the strongest guy at our gym last night and he benches 140 lol (but deadlifts 260) Go Rev!
