  1. She's been on it for a week now, she is always messaging me about something/wanting reassurance etc so yeah possibly. Her message 10 minutes ago: 3 months til summer, panicing I havent got my summer body yet...
  2. She trains similar to me; but does more cardio than I do. I eat 1800 calories a day and some days I know I haven't eaten enough.
  3. My friend just started a 1200 calorie a day diet alongside her usual training. She got told she couldn't train at the gym the other day because she nearly fainted doing cardio. She messages me this morning saying she is feeling tired and sick, and went down on her weights last night. I told her to eat and sent her a photo of my breakfast (cup of oats with chia seeds/maple syrup/cinnamon, 2 slices of toast and a banana/apple/chia seed smoothie)

  16. A 40kg increase in two weeks is a large amount relative to what? I don't think there's a rule book on how much you should be increasing by each session. This guy is at the gym 6 nights (we go at the exact same time) and I see him deadlifting 3 to 4 times a week. If each session he increased his weight by 5kg there's your 40kg increase in two weeks.
  17. I think it's an assumption and judgemental. I don't know what was going on in his life 2 weeks ago except he was out drinking at a bar. I don't know about his sleeping or eating patterns to make a comment like that to him.
