  16. Okay I'll focus on keeping knees out without those. Hamstring hurt walking to work. Yeah its getting better but not 100% Started shoulder press last night for first time in 8 weeks; changed technique though
  17. Hamstring issue really plays up on leg press, didn't hurt during squats but couldn't do my usual weights. I think it may be due to my right knee bending in when squatting and I'm causing injury. A guy said I should look at knee wraps or bands when squatting, what do you think?
  18. Yeah I do squats and leg press. It's annoying when I fail on squats though because I have to take all the plates off and then back on
  19. Not really, was disappointed in my squats and bench, way under par. I have a hamstring issue atm which is affecting my leg exercises and a shoulder issue affecting my upper body lol

  21. We really need some sort of powerlifting gym here. Vamp Fit is the closest we've got; not really a fan though
  22. It's bullshit, buy more plates with our membership money already
  23. So my friend at the gym got told off straight away tonight for using too many plates on the leg press... He's thinking of driving to Perth (4 hrs there and back) every night to go to Musclepit. However there's a guy in our town who is looking at starting a powerlifting gym, and this guy wants to go there obviously. I was asked tonight if Id be interested in joining once it's up and running.
