  2. Arrrgghhh!!! We will be in QLD for Adams Uni Graduation! If you have it next year we will definately come along.
  3. We have left Big Red on a trailer in the side street that the Tudor is on, just chain up the trailer, put a car cover on and it will be fine! I wouldn't worry about it at all Dan. I would also like to strongly recommend the honeymoon suite at the Tudor, HAHA Funniest room ever!!
  4. That's sooo Awesome! Well Done! Adam and I are going there at the start of September, we have to decide between the Golf GTI & the VW Scirocco.
  5. Awesome Cars Conversion of Big Red AGE!! Love it!
  6. HAHA Good Call Bris... Everyone has to wear Helmets on the skid pan now (Not just my passengers!), I think I was just a bit late putting mine on.
  7. What a great weekend! I haven't been to a Deca since November 2007 and I had an absolute blast. Still just as much fun but with a lot of new faces.... Thanks Adam for letting me drive Big Red (Again!), you're the best! Big Red is just amazing now and so solid compared to last time I drove it. At least we had traction at the start of the day this time! Saturday night antics were fantastic! Highlights of the weekend for me: BIG RED! Launches from the 32 GTR, that has to get my vote as one of the best cars of the day!! Making balloon animals for Bec & Dee Scottsman throwing salt at Ryan Adam Hot Saucing Scottsman! Certain People decorating The Stigs Car Making a singing Sombraro Bush in the main street. Dancing like an idiot to some cheesy band and one SAU guy who will remain nameless that knows the words to every verse of Time Warp. Listening to Shepparton Girls Burp and talk about girl fights in the ladies toilets at the Ozzy, they should have gone to the mens. Thanks to the officials and everyone for volunteering their time to make another great SAU event.
  8. I hope you find it Sean! Poor Lil Red!
  9. Well that was freaky! I just found the details it was a 4.7 magnitude, details are here; http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recent...wau.php#details And here is the location on Google maps; It was down near Phillip Island. http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=q&sou...amp;t=h&z=9
  10. Such young lives lost, and a beautiful family! He was a fantastic kid! With little experience in drifting he really gave the DA guys a challenge. His dad built the car for him and was at all the events to support, racepace built him a monster engine and he was such a awesome driver and sooo young. He was the nicest guy to talk to, such a friendly timid country boy, very down to earth and his girlfriend was just as lovely. RIP to Luke, his parents and Nathan. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the people that knew them well, especially Lukes girlfriend, I cannot imagine what she is going through.
  11. Sounds like everyone had a great time! I can't believe I haven't been to one Deca this year, next year I will definately be back and I can't wait...
  12. *Disclaimer* I have nothing personally to do with the organisation of this event and The company I work for has no financial interest in this event at all. It did come accross my desk from a work collegue so I thought it may be relevent here on a Motorsport forum. I have put contact details of the event organiser for you to contact in my first post, should you be interested in further info. I'm as skeptical as some of you in regards to getting 300 entries with a 12k entry but am not going to judge, if it happens it happens. If this event is not relevent to SAU Motorsport, I'm more than happy to delete the whole thing or one of the Mod's can do it. Have a nice day.
  13. Hi All, Some of you may or may not know me, I'm a member of SAU Vic and compete in club level motorsport as well as Dutton Rallies, in addition to that I work for Unique Cars Magazine. At Unique Cars we have just signed a partnership for an event which gives club level drivers the ability to race against one another in the same vehicles, over a two day event for a total of $1,000,000 in prize money. First place prize is $500,000 and it scales back to $25,000 for sixth place. The organisers have previously run this event in America with huge success, there are also no proffessional drivers allowed. Unique Cars is very excited to be involved in this and I'm sure a lot of you will be interested in participating. We will be giving away a free entry in Unique Cars so keep your eyes on the magazine from January Issue to go into the draw to win a free entry. The media release has just been put together and here are the details, please feel free to call Jason (Details below) at any time for further info, mention that you heard about it from Unique Cars and your club forum as he is monitoring the response to this: AUSTRALIA’S RICHEST MOTORSPORT EVENT From the 4th - 5th April 2009, Wakefield Park Raceway will welcome 300 challengers competing for the chance to share in an unprecedented $1,000,000 in prize money. The inaugural Million Dollar Driver Challenge will be Australia’s richest premier motor sport event for amateur drivers. Unlike other motor sport events, The Million Dollar Driver Challenge is unique in that it will pit drivers against each other in identical track-prepared Subaru WRX’s to showcase the drivers’ true skill and ability. The 2 day event will provide drivers with the opportunity to display their talents through both timed track sessions as well as challenging gymkhana courses to test their speed, flair, agility and car control. Use of the track-prepared Subaru WRX, service crew, safety equipment, track facilities and catering is all included in the entry fee of $12,390 + GST. In addition, entrants who pay their deposit of $3,500 by 15th December 2008 will automatically go into the draw to win a brand new Mercedes Benz C63 AMG sedan, which will be drawn as part of the prize giving at the conclusion of the event on Sunday 5th April 2009. Prize money is on offer from 1st – 6th place: 1st Place = $500,000 2nd Place = $250,000 3rd Place = $100,000 4th Place = $75,000 5th Place = $50,000 6th Place = $25,000 For further information please contact Jason Sinai on 0410 614 330 or email [email protected] Enjoy Juz

Awweee Lil Blu!!! Well she's obviously having a great time living in QLD with Adam, she's like a new car! Thanks for the wheels norton head, I can't wait to see them in real life. LUB xo
  17. Well done Steve, I think you would call this an 'Epic WIN!!' because it is! Regardless of where you're from this is a big win for the GTR and you, what a great win to have on Fathers Day! Your natural driving abilities far superseed 99.9% of the drivers I know and all the money and fast cars in the world could not buy that talent... I have no doubt you will be at the pointy end of the field in Tassie as well.
  18. Not for me is correct Adam, you and Pete can go and get your spicy burgers when i'm not around! Krzsui - An invite to a restaurant cannot be a repost. Who else invited base junky to that restaurant?
