Thanks again to Liz and Dan to have another almost incident free cruise, we have a black 32 with an antilag sticker on the back window to thank for bring un-needed & un-warranted attention to everyone at the pub.

Heard some strange rattling through some of the roads, I'm glad I don't have to do that very often. just like Gaz said not much can beat a cold one after a drive like that......

Thats goot be the best run Ive ever been on between Karragullen and Bedfordale.

This is still the best map out of all the clubs cruises I have been on, too bad about the cops at the very start. And some fellas go their licence plates taken down at the Elizabethan pub when that woman was telling everyone to leave, so watch it.....

Chris - there was some mountain bike thing on, I think the ambo went to people from that.

About the lady taking down plates - Armadale Shire Council actively encourage residents to report 'hoon' activity to the police.... see this thread I posted a while back.

Was she taking down the plates of parked cars too? Or just the idiots?

Its a shame that there were people from both clubs being stupid at the end - where's the respect?

I saw her take down plates from 2 moving cars, none that were parked.

Cops were good today, on canning road, i was 10ks over and only got a flash and signal to slow down so they really are reasonable ppl.

The speed limit is a bit slow there and id say the police prolly thought the same.

Another good Dan-Liz cruz,Thanks guys.

Cops are reasonable, multinovas aren't!!

As for the license plate thing, I just heard some lady yell something, then I looked up & she was at the top of the stairs watching the people that were leaving. It was as the cars left she wrote down a few numbers & some guy must have been reading them out for her because he was standing next to her. If she took the numbers of cars sitting there she is just an idiot.

i kept getting stuck in the slow groups and then ended up on my own trying to catch up with everyone else. that camera must have snapped quite a few on that first main hill , i didnt see the camera but was only just over so should be ok. old lady didnt take my number because i took off real slow but she was definately takin some down. thats what happens when people do burnouts around other people. there is plenty of spots to do it elsewhere. and that evo thought he chopped me ? didnt even know he was racing until he was 2 lengths ahead but still thought he could give the fingers to me. oh well , hope to cross paths again one day.

kermit

god perth roads are rubbish......

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
