I dig Seans work he is really good, If it wasn't so far away I would use him but 10 mins you would be nuts to go anywhere else. He does things to RB's that no man can understand (spooky styuff, Anal stuff)

Here is a teaser for you Ants. A mate of mine took in a stock bottom end R34 with the same turbos as you, 270 somthing cams same ecu and at 18psi made 470hp at the wheels before our favorite timing jitter got in the way. It drives like a bloody stock one just with tonnes of balls! You may not experience the timing jitter just yet being a brand new engine and all. You could potentially go for 25psi and over 500hp at the wheels :D

I like spooky stuff and Anal stuff :P

Actually where I live there are a few options. I want to give the car to someone that can realise the results I want without having a ticking time bomb under the bonnet.

So far, Sean appears to be that person.

I will give EFI a call.

that is what I want to hear

Also Sean is a safe tuner...sometimes too much  yes we had a discussion about my boost level back in the day. Turns out he was correct! lol

He will not send you out the door with a car that sacrifices reliability for the sake of a few more KW.

It will be 90% Sean, the only thing is he is pretty damn far away from me. I am 90% sure I will be using a Adaptronic e1280s

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
