satellite pictures of your house!

this is a very cool site. its a satellite picture of sydney, but it allows you to zoom right into your house. the boundaries of the picture reach as far as pennant hills/cherrybrook to the north and i can't remember south (who goes down there anyways!!!)

1. open the link

2. click on the large "Splash" icon on the top left

3. Zoom to Level 6 (on the top menu bar) and make sure you have "Roads and Streets" (you should now be able to see street names) & "View from the air" (you should be able to see buildings etc) checked off on the bottom right

4. Use the top right map to naviagte you around

5. Click the "pan to new centre" on the menu bar and click on the view to centre the view

You should be able to now find your house and zoom right into it from the air!

You can then view all sorts of other stuff when you play around with the check boxes on the right...
