Exactly see, and i like this airfilter idea, you would have a picture of how this looks, by any chance

Hey mate, just go to clark rubber and buy some thin filter foam. Then you just wrap it around the bov and put some rubber bands or zip ties around it to hold it on.......mmmm zip ties.

If you get pulled over pop the hood and ask them to spot the BOV on your NA engine :)

Alex if your running enough boost your plumb back will be loud enough...

Maby you shoudl go for what all the kids are going for these days as the new turbo part... (External wastegate) ;)

How would you suggest to accomplish such a thing by any means less dodgy?

BOV's aren't illegal anyway so I don't even know what all the fuss is about.

Any BOV that vents air into the atmosphere as far as i know is illegal in QLD.

Yeah i cant believe its still going i think its amazing lol, I think people are getting annoyed that its still there, the post has taken a life of its own and many topics are been discussed lol. So its the noise aj, so would it be legal to have one that you can control from your cabin and makes not much noise when set low but still venting air into the atmosphere.

That wasnt the only reason i wanted a turbo car, its just that for as long as i remeber i loved blow of valves, they just make the car special to me, but i do love turbo's more then superchargers or V8's.

      some days eh? The keyless entry and interior light on/off with the key will be controlled by the Body Control Module, but I'm not certain where that is or what it looks like (you might get lucky with a search to get a part#, which could be printed on it). I'd start at the A pillar/ Under dash/kick panel on the driver's side

      It might be hit and miss, but Nissan Genuine Parts and Pitworks are not the same thing, although both are available from Nissan Dealers with Nissan Part Numbers. Nissan Genuine Parts are the OEM stuff, Pitworks are their attempt to get people back from generic parts makers

      I did end up getting it sorted, as GTSBoy said, there was a corroded connection and wire that needed to be replaced. I ended up taking out the light assembly, giving everything a good clean and re-soldered the old joints, and it came out good.

Thanks for pointing out. @soviet_merlin in the meantime, I received a reply from nengun, and i quote: "Thanks for your message and interest in Nengun. KG4900 is for the full set of floor mats, while KG4911 is only the Driver's Floor Mat. FR, RH means Front Right Hand Side. All the Full Set options are now discontinued. However, the Driver's Floor Mat options are still available according to the latest information available to us. We do not know what the differences would be, but if you only want the one mat, we can certainly see what we can find out for you". Interesting. It seems they still have some "new old stock" that Duncan mentioned 🤔. I wonder if they can provide any photos......And i also just realized that amayama have G4900 sets. I'm tempted too.
