julion
actually it does make sense.....manslaughter is to cause harm not kill...and because i was not harmed and not kiled that is why it is attempted....if u kill someone its muder..if u fail to kill someone but with the intention to kill its called attempted muder....so i dunno wat ur talkin about. you must have failed year 11 legal studies manslaughter n. the unlawful killing of another person without premeditation or so-called "malice aforethought" (an evil intent prior to the killing). It is distinguished from murder (which brings greater penalties) by lack of any prior intention to kill anyone or create a deadly situation. There are two levels of manslaughter: voluntary and involuntary. Voluntary manslaughter includes killing in heat of passion or while committing a felony. Involuntary manslaughter occurs when a death is caused by a violation of a non-felony, such as reckless driving (called "vehicular manslaughter"). vehicular manslaughter n. the crime of causing the death of a human being due to illegal driving of an automobile, including gross negligence, drunk driving, reckless driving or speeding. Accordingly, because manslaughter does not require the specific intent to kill, there can be no attempted manslaughter. you got pwn3d Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/128842-how-is-your-state-at-driving/page/4/#findComment-2385105 Share on other sites
Shayde
I should thank my lucky stars that I'm so lucky to not have come across the idiots on the roads that you have. What sort of moron blames a car for being weak? If she had half the brain power some of us have, it wouldn't be an issue. Seriously.. who forgets a hand brake? A high powered vehicle is any vehicle with a power to weight ratio over 125 kw per tonne, or with an engine capacity to weight ratio over 3.5 litres per tonne. This includes any make of car. the 34 has 206kws at the flywheel and weighs 1410kg. thats 146kws per tonne........ surprisingly......i have no cop attension wat so ever....except this one time this cop followered me....for about 5min......over taking changing over to the other side just checkn me out...but my car was stock as shiet.....so yehhh Edited August 5, 2006 by anDru Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/128842-how-is-your-state-at-driving/page/4/#findComment-2385141 Share on other sites
