BAHAHAHAHA!!!!! rolflmaowtfbbq?

Gospel shows on T.V. early in the morning! is it only lost, afraid christians that watch T.V. at 5am in the morning???? Some of us that are getting on with our lives and not waiting for Benny Hinn to save us are trying to work out in the gym and wouldn't mind a nice bit of tele!

Jews- no explanation needed!

The fact that becoming a success in life requires persistance, dedication, discipline and hard fu**ing work, as much as I'm glad that it's needed to keep the riff raff out of the top income brackets in this world, it'd just be nice...for once....to be a slacker and have money thrown at you!

Sigh, the tribulations of a young high acheiver.

you make some valid points, i dont like waking up

What really grinds my gears is my own mates. A couple of them have nice cars but the ones that dont have to be the most disrespectful people I know thats why I have to refer to my list of instructions before i take any passengers. When you open my doors keep your hands on the door handle and stop putting finger prints on my windows. Dont lean against my car or put your phone and keys on the roof or bonnet. Dont light up a smoke because the windows are down or break out a picnic basket because Im going to vacuum the car later. Dont yell sh*t at other drivers or give them the finger whilst in my car, i dont want to be shamed on the forums and last but not least give your feet a quick click before you get in so you dont drag half a national park in my car. When will they listen?!?!?

TAXI DRIVERS

F*&$@^%$ HATE THEM.

In the last 3 days alone

Incident 1: Driving along behind a taxi approaching a round about, looked to my right and there was no traffic oncoming so I sped up a little bit. I look in front of me and IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FRICKING ROUNDABOUT the taxi stopped, I thought to myself, hmm maybe there is something wrong with his car...possibly? NO! he was stopping in the middle of the round-a-bout letting people OUT of his taxi. I beeped my horn and he shrugged his shoulders as if to say "what is your problem, im not doing anything wrong". To make things worse not 20m past the round-a-bout there were 4 car spaces.

Incident 2: Went to drive into my apartment car park. I indicated to turn in and saw a taxi across the whole driveway so i couldnt get in. I gave a friendly toot to make him move on or at least hurry up with no response. So the toots progressively turned into more aggressive beeps, and then into yelling out the window, and then cursing out the window and he just ignored me. After this went on for about 2mins I got out of my car and walked over to his window, the D*&$ was eating his lunch in my driveway and it was only when I tried to pull open his door that he threw his lunch onto the passenger seat and took off up the road.

Incident 3: I was driving the work ute down a street with LOTS of speed bumps and i had a taxi RIGHT up my ass because i did not smash over the humps. When I came to a red light the taxi pulled up next to me and tried to race me off the lights to cut me off. They do not have automatic right of way so i accelerated too and when he ran out of road due to parked cars he did not slow down and wait for traffic to pass he reefed his car into my lane JUST missing the back of the ute and pushing a boxter into the oncoming lane. lucky there was no traffic coming the other way.

Have I missed something or is there actually an entirely seperate set of road rules for cabbies?

If you hold back anything, I'll kill ya. If you bend the truth or I think your bending the truth, I'll kill ya. If you forget anything I'll kill ya. In fact, you're gonna have to work very hard to stay alive, Nick. Now do you understand everything I've said? Because if you don't, I'll kill ya!

Grant ur thinking just how i feel!! My neighbour comes and talks to me and leans on my car... i swear i imagine the sound of scratching, and all dads work mates stand around doing the same, i ask them not to and the bogans say to me to buy a real car not a rice box :O:):) friken bogans!

What gets me wound up? The wanker Subaru dealer in Woden.

Having a 10:30 appointment to drive a new STi, I sat and waited until 12 until the guy who the appointment was with could finally talk to me. One of the most arrogant, unhelpful pricks I have ever met in my life. So after finally getting in the car to test drive it, im dictated to on where I can drive it and cant rev it over 4000rpm... hello, its a f@#king sports car and I want to compare it to the Evo, how the hell am I meant to do it if im not allowed to rev it over 4000rpm (I didnt want to thrash it, just give it a quick squirt on straight road).

Now... the colour I wanted it in is no longer produced and the Woden dealer is one of the only ones left with said colour. It had a substantial amount of damage on it (scrapes and scratches down the side, half the bolts in the rear bar missing, scuff marks on the interior etc) and they seemed reluctant to get me one from another dealer in the same colour. So naturally I asked how much dicsount would be applied to the car due to the damage etc, $2000 off and thats it. Ok, screw that.

Next question was in regards to warranty. The first guy I spoke to said you can modify it and as long as Subaru cant blame the modification for the warranty claim, it will be fixed. The second guy said Subaru are the most anal out of any manufacturer as far as warranty goes, and if you mod it consider the warranty void. Great conflicting product knowledge from two sales members from the same store there. Not to mention no-one could answer me as to how DCCD worked, besides just saying it splits torque front to back.

Good work Subaru, you just lost yourselves a $60,000 sale.

For the two similar spec'd cars (Evo and STi) at the same price, customer service does play a large part in which one I will go, and Subaru's was non existant. Lack of product knowledge, conflicting information, bullshit testdrive, arrogant staff members, made to wait for 90 minutes even though had a 10:30 appointment... pick up your game Subaru, honestly.

my biggest peeve atm is with my isp

im on a 1500/256 plan and struggle to get 70kbs out of most days isp says yes there is a prob but not at our end they blame telstra . telstra do 3 diffrent checks says probs not there end must be my router isp sends me a loan router the compare to mine fark theres is slower than mine . this has been going on for a month so i get in contact with the tele communications ombudsman . and all of a sudden all those return calls from the isp that never came are cumming thick and fast and lo and behold magically my speed has increased , so now im arguing that i should not have to pay last months bill cause i never got the level of service i am paying for .funny there acounts dept seem to have lost my ph number so looks like back to the tele communucations ombudsman ,

MORAL OF STORY FOR CHRIST SAKE DONT SIGN UP WITH COMCEN ISP CAUSE YOU WILL GET BURNED .on whirlpool there are 5 pages of comolaints about themanyway ive vented enough time to cool down

www.internode.on.net is my answer to you sir.

They are a bit more expensive than most providers, but have been around for years, always get full speeds, and are one of a handful of tier-1 carriers that also offer residential plans in the market (the others are Telstra and Optus).

I am so anal when it comes to things like that. The last thing i can remember someone pissing me off was the last time I drove it. Just after I had hit the rabbit at wakefield one of the evo boys comes over and sees what had happened, starts talking about my FMIC and f**kING kicks the piping saying nah that should be right. I didnt say anything but im sure if I kicked his evo 9 he would have said something. f**king wanker.

car people i know have respect for other peoples cars, they will ask before leaning on your car but never put stuff on it. no smoking/eating in cars, drinking is but only if approved by driver, no yelling or signs (just makes you look dumb anyways.)

Its the NON car enthusiasts that are my problem, fingers/HANDS on windows, keys on roof... i go off and especially when my cars back from the shop with a new spray anyone who comes near it with food/keys etc is getting a kick in the face.

At least i have paint scratch and dent insurance on all vertical panels...

Saw something funny on the weekend in Sydney. Sitting on a bus on anzac pde. along comes flying an old 80's Celica with a metal grate screwed underneath the number plate with two flat piece of aluminium attached to make it looks like a fake intercooler, it was SSSssssOOOOOoooo bad.

A R34 Gtt driver was waiting to turn and saw it, he was shaking his head and laughing to himself.

thats something else that grinds my gears.

posers.

people who have rubbish cars but put stickers, chromies and fake shit on it to make it try and resemble something that could possibly be considered mildly ok.

take the above example, anyone with half a brain and knows cars will know its fake, people who dont know cars will go WTF is that weird POS? So why bother?

I hate the general public.

Best ISP EVER. No shite.

AHAHAHAHAHAHA So when will Amy get to go near it?? Nah seriously.....I don't mind too much unless it's a blatant thing and if they appologise straight away then it's cool.

But it does annoy me if they shrug their shoulders and act like it's nothing.

(Fingers on windows don't bother me....I can't clean windows to save my life!!)

I`m doing night shift at the moment normally it not too bad as I just sit here and watch You tube , BUT the pricks at work have banned you tube and heaps of other good sites , what am i gunna do all night now...........work?

:(

    • And finally, the front lower mount. It was doubly weird. Firstly, the lower mount is held in with a bracket that has 3 bolts (it also acts as the steering lock stop), and then a nut on the shock lower mount itself. So, remove the 3x 14mm head bolts , then the 17mm nut that holds the shock in. From there, you can't actually remove the shock from the lower mount bolt (took me a while to work that out....) Sadly I don't have a pic of the other side, but the swaybar mounts to the same bolt that holds the shock in. You need to push that swaybar mount/bolt back so the shock can be pulled out past the lower control arm.  In this pic you can see the bolt partly pushed back, but it had to go further than that to release the shock. Once the shock is out, putting the new one in is "reverse of disassembly". Put the top of the shock through at least one hole and put a nut on loosely to hold it in place. Put the lower end in place and push the swaybar mount / shock bolt back in place, then loosely attach the other 2 top nuts. Bolt the bracket back in place with the 14mm head bolts and finally put the nut onto the lower bolt. Done....you have new suspension on your v37!
    • And now to the front.  No pics of the 3 nuts holding the front struts on, they are easy to spot. Undo 2 and leave the closest one on loosely. Underneath we have to deal with the wiring again, but this time its worse because the plug is behind the guard liner. You'll have to decide how much of the guard liner to remove, I undid the lower liner's top, inside and lower clips, but didn't pull it full off the guard. Same issue undoing the plug as at the rear, you need to firmly push the release clip from below while equally firmly gripping the plug body and pulling it out of  the socket. I used my fancy electrical disconnect pliers to get in there There is also one clip for the wiring, unlike at the rear I could not get behind it so just had to lever it up and out.....not in great condition to re-use in future.
    • Onto the rear lower shock mount. It's worth starting with a decent degrease to remove 10+ years of road grime, and perhaps also spray a penetrating oil on the shock lower nut. Don't forget to include the shock wiring and plug in the clean.... Deal with the wiring first; you need to release 2 clips where the wiring goes into the bracket (use long nose pliers behind the bracket to compress the clip so you can reuse it), and the rubber mount slides out, then release the plug.  I found it very hard to unplug, from underneath you can compress the tab with a screwdriver or similar, and gently but firmly pull the plug out of the socket (regular pliers may help but don't put too much pressure on the plastic. The lower mount is straightforward, 17mm nut and you can pull the shock out. As I wasn't putting a standard shock back in, I gave the car side wiring socket a generous gob of dialectric grease to keep crap out in the future. Putting the new shock in is straightforward, feed it into at least 1 of the bolt holes at the top and reach around to put a nut on it to hold it up. Then put on the other 2 top nuts loosely and put the shock onto the lower mounting bolt (you may need to lift the hub a little if the new shock is shorter). Tighten the lower nut and 3 upper nuts and you are done. In my case the BC Racing shocks came assembled for the fronts, but the rears needed to re-use the factory strut tops. For that you need spring compressors to take the pressure off the top nut (they are compressed enough when the spring can move between the top and bottom spring seats. Then a 17mm ring spanner to undo the nut while using an 8mm open spanner to stop the shaft turning (or, if you are really lucky you might get it off with a rattle gun).
    • You will now be able to lift the parcel shelf trim enough to get to the shock cover bolts; if you need to full remove the parcel shelf trim for some reason you also remove the escutcheons around the rear seat release and you will have to unplug the high stop light wiring from the boot. Next up is removal of the bracket; 6 nuts and a bolt Good news, you've finally got to the strut top! Remove the dust cover and the 3 shock mount nuts (perhaps leave 1 on lightly for now....) Same on the other side, but easier now you've done it all before
    • OK, so a bunch of trim needs to come off to get to the rear shock top mounts. Once the seat is out of the way, the plastic trim needs to come off. Remove 2 clips at the top then slide the trim towards the centre of the car to clear the lower clip Next you need to be able to lift the parcel shelf, which means you need to remove the mid dark trim around the door, and then the upper light trim above the parcel shelf. The mid trim has a clip in the middle to remove first, then lift the lowest trim off the top of the mid trim (unclips). At the top there is a hidden clip on the inner side to release first by pulling inwards, then the main clip releases by pulling the top towards the front of the car. The door seal comes off with the trim, just put them aside. The the lighter upper trim, this is easy to break to top clips so take it carefully. There is a hidden clip towards the bottom and another in the middle to release first by pulling inwards. Once they are out, there are 3 clips along the rear windscreen side of the panel that are hard to get under. This is what the rear of the panel looks like to assist:
