Hey all,

Im planning to make a sub box for my 12" Sub. What would be the best size 2 make one up that would fit nice onto the r32 boot?

lookin at the boot of the r32, there isnt that much height in it at all

What dimension are your box on the R32 & where did you mount it.

Thanks alot

Joe (Tryin to learn as much as i can car related)

Basically it depends on the sound you're after ie type of music you listen to, and what set up your going for (ported, sealed, bandpass, etc). The other thing to look at is what sized enclosures suit that particular sub best.

I've got a 1litre sub box which I bought specifically to go into the boot of my r32, but since buying it I changed my mind and got a custom install made. So now I've got a 12" 1 Litre sub box sittin under my bed...

make an offer for it if you think you can use it.

My 12 goes in on a very slight angle, i could have it straight but it won't fire at the back of the boot properly. If you put a 15" though you'll have to tilt it so much that it hits the bootlid and that's no good for your accoustics... so no go, unless you put it in the tyre well. I'll take sum pics of my custom boot install when i get the time.
