Z32 Afm?

When your factory AFM either dies, or you max it out.

the levels are not the same from rb20 to rb25

i would guesstimate over 230kw for safety

you wont get that on std turbo

I've seen them maxed out at 190rwkws - stock turbo.

Also depends what turbo you are running.

i want to get it tuned on 14psi

should i upgrade injectors and afm ?

Also depends what turbo you are running as to how much airflow it takes max it out.

Max AFM = 5.1vlts

you can get it tuned without them, see if your happy with the power, then upgrade if you want more

Ive seen an R34 max out its stock AFM. You could 'tune around it' but thats getting dodgy.

The general "maximum" for both RB20 AFM and RB25 AFM is 200-210rwkw. That's not to say you won't max out on less or max out on more...just what I have noted over the years.

I maxed out my R33 RB25 afm at 6,000 rpm at 12 psi of boost.

Was running 199rwkw

yeah well i had mine on the dyno and in shootout mode it made 208rwkw@12psi so i dunno

yeah that means nothing - I eventually made 210rwkw with the standard AFM - but as I said, it maxed out at 6,000rpm which was well before the car hit 210rwkw

The tune was just a little "botched" up..

so what do u recommend as a upgrade? im thinkin with the new hiflow now and once it gets tuned on 14psi im gona be pushing 230-250rwkw...well i hope..q45? z32? should i just get microtech and ditch the bloody afm all together..
