I know these aren't R32 specific boot installs, but it may give you a few idea in designing your own.

thanks nath32 for sum of those ideas... but im pretty much after a simple boot install wif simple grey carpet.... i want a nice factory look... not into those fibre glass perspex or neon lights... not into the auto salon thing...

ANYMORE KEEP THEM POSTING?

Hey guys i know its not finished yet but ill post mine up when its done :O

My cars going to my mates down at Platinum Car Audio n Interiors for a complete boot install...fibreglass moulding trimmed in leather with a pond in the middle...ill post update pics n whatever else i can take during the build for you guys if you want :(

Never posted pics so i hope this works.... the whole install lifts out in peices, easily able to get to the spare. The box is a little small for the two 12's but it still sounds pretty good :-)

Thanks guys.....Nah sorry im on the gold coast. The subs, amp and cable came to arround $1400, I did all the electrical work myself which made things cheaper. The boot install part of it was done by Car Tunes for about $500 and that included the parcel tray too.

Daaaammmmm man that is what i was looking for thanks for the ideas i have been racking my brain for ideas but i think that is what m looking for not to out there like some of them ya see A.

Hey how do ya go with vibrating and loss of bass, I mean the different positioning of the subs gives ya the different depth that kind of crap did it make much of a difference?

well these subs also came in a custom box made by kicker and they sounded awesome but unfortunetly the box wouldnt fit in the boot, the depth is nowhere near wat they sounded like in the custom box but that is to be expected. The boot lid does vibrate but u cant hear it inside the car :-) Still even with loss of bass, the fact that i still hav boot space and can pretty easily get to the spare makes up for it.

    • Swapped the injectors around and the misfire followed. I went ahead and ordered the Deatschwerks 550cc injectors and am currently waiting for them to be ship and arrive. In the meantime, I've had my Nistune soldered to the ECU. Tested it, and and tried it out with the software. Everything should be prepared for when the injectors arrive.
    • Yeah they charge a little extra for mods , last year I noted no mods but I did have an exhaust fitted after that so  better to let them know cause these kinds of things can cause the policy to be void if you ever need to claim.
    • Hello, just just bought an 1999 enr34 with a stock rb25neo and I'm looking to upgrade the engine to 500whp I know some basic things but wondering if there are things I'll need to do to upgrade the stock block and all the bits and pieces to achieve this.
    • Thanks everyone for the replies and suggestions. Got the seats out (hoping I could find some existing grommets but no such luck). By tapping and measuring etc. I could figure out where I could drill through if needed. But first I borrowed an inspection camera and managed to go through factory holes in the chassis rail and could see that the captive nut was holding steady which is why it could retighten. So it was indeed a stripped section of thread, so I applied downforce by levering the bolt head with a screwdriver and went slowly back and forth until it came out. Camera helped a lot cos I could monitor that the captive nut was holding tight. Now I just have one very seized main subframe nut to tackle 馃槄
    • BOVs do have a purpose, if you ever log pressure before and after the throttle body, you will see a spike pre throttle on lift off from a WOT condition. Enough to bend throttle blades / damage e-throttle motors or simple assist in blowing off cooler pipes. FWIW, the above on really applies to those running at least 2 bar of boost. OP shouldn't have an issue, on the other hand, here are some videos of my shit box over a decade ago with some succulent dose with the airbox on and off. That shit box is unrecognisable these days 馃珷
