I think I know a little about this car. If the plates are still on the same car that is. But there was a blue r34 in Adelaide with these plates in around 2003. It was stock engine and turbos making about 260awkw with an exhaust and power FC. So yeah I would really doubt the claims of it being a 2.7 built in Japan!

I heard back from the guy with the SIL80 last night. He's doing the KA24 with twin TD06 turbos now. Insane?!?!

sounds like it will be a weapon for sure... wonder if he will let me have a look at it when its done

What ECU do you run, Force? Or just a standard?

I'm still waiting for Dysonest to get his ass over here and help me decide on what I want.

But yeah, apparently the RB26 D'Jetro splices pretty simply into the KA24 system. Almost nearly just plugs right in.

Actually, I even modded one to run my mates r32 gts-t and it was still simple. Barely any cutting or soldering.

the mafia is deffinately the person for the job by the sounds of it

Keep it up, you can pretend that you are cool. But you really must fail at life. I'm glad constantly trying to be cool on a forum makes you feel a little bit better about it.

If I wasn't such a calm person, I would have ended up punching you in the face by now if I knew you or met you. But, instead I'll just feel sorry for you needing to make up for your shortfalls.

Good luck anyway. Your mouth will catch up with you, not all people are smart enough to control themselves like I can.

Reminds me of a mackay guy that said his RB20 was a forged 2.4 stroker. Sold it as that too. Engine died and my mate obtained it for parts. Was a 100% stock RB20. NOt a single bolt touched on the engine. Probably not even for servicing.

Powerfc mate L-Jetro, Will be getting removed and swapped for a Haltech Platinum Pro plugin at end of year. Needs the nismo AFM's if I wanna push the turbo's to their "potential" without issue..... or I swap to ecu with MAP sensor.... :)

Depends on who you want to tune it mate and what your needs are really..

Yeah, I've heard that too! LOL

Trained for 10 years. I think that's enough for me.

But you're just a smart mouthed dickhead that has read a few forums. I bet youve done f**k all actual modding. If any at all.

I don't know what you're trying to prove either, you keep coming back here. Must have a boring life.

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
