Do you have the ac vent which is on the top of the dash? The one closest to the windscreen?

NismoR31Jet - The size of the core is updated as above. Pipes on the end tanks are 8cm in diameter.

Diameter of the pipe into the muffler for the Super Dragger Exhaust is 8.5cm. It has a flange for bolting onto.

The given dimensions are just the rectangular "core" itself...

The whole intercooler is definitely longer, length wise, together with the end pipes and its connection. Is this the dimension you are looking for?
