Damaged Center Console - Can They Be Repaired?

Recommended Posts

While doing some modification on my dash and center console I managed to scratch the plastic around the stereo. They are small but being pretty anal they really p|ss me off. I've also got some pretty deep scratches from when my stereo was stolen in Japan. I remember seeing an add for a mobile service that was able to do plastic repairs. Has anyone used a company that does this or have any kind of contacts?

Cheers!

YEP and only you will know where its been repaired, they fixed vinyl in my car when i scratched the bastard with the corner of my tool box and came up A1, everyone i asked to check if they can see it said wtf you talking about but i knew it was there.... depends how picky you are really... never get 100% but will be un noticeable.. your in vic i should be able to get you the number of the guy that we used for the car audio shop i worked at.. people f**k up and scratch shit and this guy was our "bob da builder" LOL

Is it the kind of thing that can be fixed with plastic/vinyl paint from autobarn? I've resprayed indicator/headlight arms and plastic surrounds etc before but I don't know what the centre console is like in your car.. also depends how deep the scratches are I guess.
