Going from the standard turbo to an rb25 gcg highflow on my RB20 was a big seat of the pants difference. havent gotten it on the dyno yet

well when it gets on boost that is lol, ive got some supporting mods waiting to go on still so theres room for alot more.

lmao... In my case its a little more severe. I skimped on the other/better halfs b'day and valentines pressy's. :S

Lamo i told my Partner i couldnt afford to buy her a valentines present becasue i have to spend the money on my car :) she was fine with it hehe!

lol nisskid. That brought back a memory sitting in the passenger seat of a Mini with the driver attempting to reach its top speed down a hill. :S

I was scared. :P

thing is, atleast u know if u go around a corner too hard in a skyline ull either understeer or oversteer, with those cars there is a large possibility it will just roll

haha i didn't get my gf valentine present and got her something small for her bday. she doesn't care too much, she just doesn't have sex with me (been 2 weeks now). probably not the best idea cause the frustration ends up in the car and that leads to more fuel = $$$$.

im about to go from only 160rwkw to hopefully around 230+rwkw with my setup. it hammers atm i can't imagine what it'll be like when its finished.

Haha yep know that feeling all too well, theres been a few times in my rolla where i was goin "oh shit here we go" lol and as to the original question do it you will love it, never look back.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
