Yeah, i couldnt believe my luck to see the F1 testing. We also saw the new F430 Scuderia doing hot laps around the test track at dusk; glowing brakes and all. They were testing tyres.

The town is amazing; its full on Ferarri. You can see trucks with loads of alloy engine castings coming from the foundry and everything. Its all pretty exxy though. I bought a Ferarri mug for A$36!

My dad told me that 2 weeks ago around the corner from eastern creek raceways he saw a Porsche Cayenne with a car trailor towing a 360 or F430 race car(he wasn't sure which model it was)

Murci in 'high-volume intake' mode in North Synneh- Which either means he was just doing 120+km/h, or is posing

Aren't you miss-informed.

The wings only stay up until 40kmph. Or unless really hot then they will stay open at speed. But Generally they are shut.

That is my brothers Lambo. Infact it's his 2nd one murchie!! He is far from a poser. Drives it like a Lambo should be driven.

Havent had a look in here recently. Since my last post in this thread I left the glamourous job at "Hollywood Motors" (as the other departments called our shop) to work in fleet management.

Jana Pitman has a Porsche? - I didnt know that athletics paid so well.

I'd say its the endorsements that paid for it.

Spotted yellow lambo "LQQK" at Miranda about an hour ago

Yellow diablo Steveo? He owns an auto trimming shop in the Moorebank/Milperra area, we sublet all our trim work to him when I worked at Aston Martin/Porsche.

Sam you probably have serviced my boss's AM DB7 Vantage, it's a Slate blue-grey auto... :D

Hmmm slate blue that narrows it down to the Anniversary car with blue seats? If so yes i have worked on it.

Serviced that car too, sales managers uncles car, fully optioned with leather covered air con vents, carbon fibre gearknob, door grab handles, centre stack surround and console and map pocket lids. It gets driven properly too!

Thats the Aston Martin Press car, the one driven by Warren Brown in the Top Gear Australia episode with the 997 Turbo and the Superleggera. Mmmmmm Morning Frost White (factory white with blue pearl)

Spotted an orange Lambo Gallardo this afternoon around 4.30pm, on the railway overpass bridge in Toongabbie, of all places.

Funny that...I spotted an orange Lambo on the M4/Woodville Rd Granville at 12:40-12:45pm :P

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
