anyone know wat ecu i can go for seeeing as i cant find a CA18DET PFC?

and to lock my diff :(

cheers

Anything wrong with a remap?

It'll do everything and more that a P-FC will do (infact it is better as it retains the knock control that you lose with P-FC) with the exception of the hand controller and if you want something like that just pay $400 for a NIStune board and you can plug it into your laptop and bring up more info than the hand controller will give you.

I've never been told off before :)

They only tell you off if by sliding you are going to b causing others to crash into you....which can build up to a massive pile up and many karts being broken lol.....best effort in breaking karts at an event so far has been 3 for my events

it aint how you stand by your kart

ive never been told off either including the 1 time i lost it trying to get it 2 far swideways :(

Good motivational pic there Dan

If anyone is after Motul Gear 300 75w-90w 100% synthetic gear box oil i have a 25L drum of the stuff. I'm selling it for $32 dollars per litre. In shops this goes for $43+ per L.

Let me know here or via pm if you need some.

Might give you a yell soon Luke, gearbox is well over due for fresh blood

Let me know when your going to get that coz i will most likely need this done to my line as well

so, im lazy and have only just started searching, but i figured id ask anyway...

... anyone know where i can find ecu pinouts for the s14?

Try NS bro

andrew just gave me a call, he's coming by this afternoon to mock up my t/b intercooler piping, and expects to have it ready by tomorrow arvo. :)

Try NS bro

found it about 10 minutes after i posted. :)

well...after sunday's fuel tank issues...monday saw the car struggling to get fuel which saw me creeping up south road towards junkfood corner at 5km/h :( ....the wife took the pump out while i was at the chiro and i found a few clamps loose that were holding the 040 into the stock cradle...moved the pump up and tightened the clamps and test drover...problem solvered.....so i thought...going to work the next day and was getting surge issues and the car was backfiring and carrying on like a pork chop....took the pump out last night..then went to my mates place to pick up my old "holy" tank to get them side by side..the tank i'd bought was out of a S3 R31...my tank was the same on the outside but different on the inside...so i went to my mate that i bought the tank from..and had a look in the back of his S2....exactly the same as my old tank.....There lies the problem...mine is an early 88....one of the first..so it carried on some of the S2's parts....including the fuel tank :) ....tonight im going to grab the tank thats in his spare car...and friday night swap them over on the hoist at my other mates shed over a few bourbons.......Damn skylines!!!!.....Bloody vintage car...

THE END :):bunny::):bunny::blink:

God I love it when you ghetto repair some drift damage and it actually turns out well :P

Munched the front corner of the sil a few nights ago. Nothing major just a bent guard, scraped front bar and parker light was MIA.

Bent the guard mostly back out, masked up the lights and gave her a quick spray and from a distance you almost wouldn't even pick it :D. Just chucked one of those crystal parkers in there (gay looking thing) for now until I get another stock one from JIS tomorrow - then it should be almost back to former glory :P

Now to make sure I avoid Clems tyres on satdy evening :(

geez, this day is dragging on! anyone got any cool shit to post up?

Your not wrong there Damo.....i thought the clock said 4:24pm but that motherf**ker is saying 3.24 now....this is just not right

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
    • When you pulled it off, there is no signs of blown head gasket? Is it possible you have some other issues going on? Possible cracked blocked? Or do you think it's straight up lifting the head? Did you check what the head was torqued to before pulling it down (To see if possibly they're stretching, or starting to break threads out etc)?
    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
