Painting Stock Wheels White

hey guys.

im thinking of painting my standard r33 wheels white, to match the white body. As i dont have the $$ to buy new rims, i thought it could be an idea. Has anyone done this? does it look good? wheres a good place to get this done and how much?

mate i did it and was well worth it. i got them sand blasted and then powder coated in pearl white. just got new rims last week so selling my set all ready to go

you should only get white rims if you really love cleanin them every day. I'd love to get white rims for my car (white on white) but im far too lazy to keep them clean.

hey man, thats looks awesome! Ill definately do it now. You wouldnt have a full side on pic would you? is your car body colour the standard skyline white? and have you lowered your car at all? also how much did all that cost you? Pm me if you wish.

They don't look too bad. I thought they were going to look worse than that. Like cheap looking, but it turned out pretty well.

Respraying the wheels are the way to go mate!!

Take a look at mine, crappy plain silver rims sprayed to look $$$ for only around $10. Super Cheap all the way!

yeh i have a full side shot of the car. ill post it under this. has it been lowered, not that i know of. but i think the car has a set of lowered springs on it from when it was in japan.

yeh but mine arent a $10 spray job. mine cost me $180 to get them sand blasted and then powder coated in a white pearl.

depend on what you want out of it.

if u want a job that will last a couple of months then fade and needs a re-spray to be glossy = $10

like mine, sand blasted and powder coated between $150-$200 depending on who does em.
