I assume you have an external gate?

265 HP on rear

ful boost on 5000 till 7500 RPM

guricha dude, you need to get that power fc tuned. If there's no dyno's over there then road tuning is the next best thing......which you already seem to be doing.

To tune the Power FC properly you'll need on of these http://www.fc-datalogit.co.nz/datalogit.html.

And also a wideband O2 sensor if you don't have one already http://www.plxdevices.com/products/dm200/smafrcombo/

And you'll also need a laptop.

Then once you have that, you'll need someone who knows what they're doing to tune it. Unless you want to try your hand at it and do some experimenting.

Thanks dude, is there any chance to lern how to tune it, because actualy there is no person who can tune it here i know that funy but Georgia is the one of the country who likes more BMW than Japanese:) so am expecting wideband for next week but still its problem how to tune FC, and what should be wideband air fuel ratio?

guys i have read the entire thread and i still don't know is this a good turbo or a bad turbo?

my mods so far:

FMIC 600x300x75

Cat back 3" exaust

HKS BOV

Apexi Pod

But if i get the kkr480 i'll have a otomoto dump and Nismo front pipe to join up.

Everything else is standard atm including ECU, the kkr480 has the race actulator spring (=1-2bar)

idea's? Hame

ok with a microtech lt10 mine makes 240rwkw @ 18psi, starts hitting boost at ~2500rpm

how you make it to flow early? do you still use internal weisgeit? because mine is going to boost near 4000 but have 15 PSI

aparently the turbo i am after is set at 15psi, i dont have any other modifications apart from what u listed above, so still have stock fuel set-up etc think mine will boost late? also have stock ECU...but what u 2 just posted..they are some serious numbers. hame

so the question i am asking, is one are they easy to fit to the r33 gts-t..

and two..even if they run 15psi-22psi on the standard engine with the modifications i have already specified, will this be a problem

and three should i get my ECU remapped, and who can do it around brisbane?

they aren't hard to fit, there is a bit of modifcation 2 the water lines, cooler piping, silicon 90 degree elbow, intake piping and fab up a dump pipe

pretty simple stuff if ur mechanically minded.

buy an after market ecu powerfc or link or haltech or something along those lines.

you will find the kkr turbo wont hold boost very well, it will spike and prob end up runing around the 16-20psi mark like all of them.

and if u run this on stock ecu ur gonna blow ya car in no time:)

Seriously? Blow it? Not even if i have the ECU re-mapped? I have the otomoto dump pipe for easy fitment, already have the intake pipe for it, cant afforad the aftermarket ecu atm, but will be able to eventually, if i drive around off boost alot you still think i will have problems, untill of course i buy an aftermarket ecu. I will also be putting on a Greddy intake manifold at the same time. This kkr480 is only oil cooled i'm asured of that. it is currently on a rb20 s13 with stock ecu..u think this is bad?

    • That's why I said it is a meaningless term. Because there is more than one meaning that people can apply to it. When we said "highflow", that is exactly what we mean, and exactly what is done. In a highflow, they take your housing and machine them out to take bigger wheels, have a better internal profile, etc etc, and fit a new core with the different/better/bigger wheels.
