4 scoops BN chocolate micellar casein

3 LARGE tablespoons Jalna low fat vanilla yoghurt

Skim milk until desired consistency reached

Tastes somewhere between your usual chocolate mouse and chocolate cake mix...so f**king good. It's in the freezer now though, see what it's like frozen.

I got halfway through it before I felt sick, so while the taste isn't super strong it's definitely a bit much for me to stomach heaps of haha. good thing too, it's undoubtedly somewhere near 600cal hahahahaha

Whaaaat? Only 600cal?

Doth thou have ye olde testicles?

Well the idea occurred to me as a replacement for desert for those who can't deal with their sweet tooth cravings (not myself)...so having a caloric value the same as a normal large meal isn't ideal :P

Your gut sounds soft.... I'd put it on a strict diet of squats to harden it the f**k up

I already squat lots :( but I agree lol

f**k YEAH

    • The best part is when you own the car long enough that you look back and find your OWN ham fisted amateur shit!
    • The annoying part about neglect, is when you start to replace one thing, and find ten more broken things. Ham fisted monkey repairs you normally only find out about when trying to do something unrelated! Ha ha   Neglect you can kind of anticipate the huge costs to fix it all. Ham fistedness is normally a shock the first time your work on a new old car, as everything "looked" good before.
    • For DBA, check out their guide table here. https://dba.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Direct_Replacement-Guide-2021.2.pdf   Additionally they have some other guides and info on how to make sure you choose the right pad.
    • Sorry, just assumed that talk of coloured pads meant EBC red/green/yellow/shit stuff. I don't know the DBA pads, but it's a reasonable bet that they will be OK. DBA make good stuff generally. Those 4000 series rotors I linked to are very good. I may well replace the RDA rotors I have with those when required.
    • The average previous owner for these cars were basically S-chassis owners in the US. Teenagers or teenager-adjacent. I often tell people that neglect is easier to fix than something that was actively "repaired" by previous owners.
