Try it in water and let us know what you think....

I've had 7 days off straight! That's the longest break I have had 18months!!!

What about you guys, do you take periodic breaks? If so is there a pattern to it or just when you feel like it? How long?

Mix what in water? Who are you talking too lol

As for breaks, I'm a serial break avoider and have had to learn it's ok to skip a session.

I try and listen to my body. If I've had a big weekend on the car and haven't recovered from Fridays session I might take Monday off.

This is me. I went to the gym a few months ago after being in hospital and high on painkillers because I couldn't miss it :/

In the 5 1/2 years I've had PTC I've never had to pay for it, Ironedge give me boxes of the stuff, thats why I was unaware of its price.

It does last a very long time, so I suppose $30 a year is pretty cheap

I'd been considering using chalk lately, as our gym is often farking humid during the cooler weather - I used to use gloves but seem to get a better grip on things bare handed.

Got my Bulk Nutrients WPI yesterday, mixes with a lot less water than what I'm used to, but a lot more watery than my ON stuff. Tastes pretty good though, and certainly a lot cheaper than the bro science claiming, heavily marketed alternatives.

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
