I disagree if you're trying to lose weight, scales have their place.

This is true.

I say that because a lot of people just look at the numbers, which may go up if they're building muscle and it freaks them out.

If that's the case then a look in the mirror will confirm the direction they're headed in.

How did the visit to ptc go?

Yes I agree with not looking at the scales when you're trying to build muscle only. I am proud of myself in this respect. I used to weigh myself multiple times a day. Since weight training I've slowly decreased this habit; I'm now looking at the scales around twice a week (which I hope I can stop doing soon)

PTC went alright, got some good tips and have now purchased a foam roller! However, still not confident in deadlift technique so not sure what else to do.

Foam rollers are brilliant, you won't regret that. In what way are you not confident with the technique?

All you can do is keep practicing and seeking tuition when you're unsure.

Every persons body moves differently so there are going to be cues that are unique to your mechanics.

Not being confident straight away is normal . Remember the training (go over the tips and the session in your mind) and keep working at it. Confidence will follow as the things you have been taught bear fruit. It's good to repeat the training as soon as you can. Be ok with being a beginner.

it came out in the US months ago - I chose to wait for it at the cinema here rather than watch a crappy cam version.

weighed myself again, still at the same point as the last 3 weeks or so, given recent diet and training changes I'll check again in a few more weeks!

Thought i'd mention a bluray rip just came out yesterday :) I too was waiting for it in the cinemas but looks like they're too late for my business now.

I'm guessing Brotato is confusing her (the reporters) apparent sympathy and empathy with desire? Due to lip biting?

Or was it the package line he was referring too?

Leesh/Troy what was that diet app/program you were using, I just want to plug some numbers in and check some things.

It seems my diet needs some work.

Markos what are some staple meals and snacks your guys use?

    • Agreed, I've never seen a 260RS specific manual. As GTSBoy said it will mostly be stagea other than the engine loom https://www.hgeconsulting.com.au/stageaservicemanual.pdf
