lol I don't think people are that serious about it Leesh, I use the girls are stronger than me (among others) thing as a way of keeping ego very much in check.

I had a big chip on my shoulders back in the day and my life is substantially better without it :)

Hi Dan, how are things going?

Honestly I think it's ridiculous to care about what others think of you whilst at the gym. I stay focused on what I'm there for and give no f**ks about anyone else; every session I make progress so I'm doing something right.

Who friggin cares. You there to achieve your own goals or impress the chick next to you? Jesus Christ.

Whys so serious Leesh?

That's it, I had a laugh and went on about my workout

Meh, not great, hammy just will not simmer down. It's not painful but it's uncomfortable and if I use it it gets really unhappy, so I'm just doing upper body and trying to use it as little as possible.

Not much I can do about it right now so trying not to be too emo.

This.

ugh I'm just annoyed because someone backed into my car, my clutch died and I got defected. At least physio today, hopefully pain relief for the weekend!

Unrucky!

Sorry to hear that, it seems you've tried everything and still not improving :(

You're just doing the opposite to me training wise at the moment, upper body and minimal legs. I wish I could do bench :(

Yeah unlucky alright, along with my injury and other personal issues I'm surprised I'm doing okay (kind of)

I just try to keep it in perspective.

I have a roof over my head, a decent job, loving partner, happy child, wicked dog, track car, friends, expendable income etc etc etc.

Some people don't even have running water. So it's hard to get too upset about not being able to voluntarily train up my muscles to be more pretty :)

    • A bit late but A disk S13P fit over stock R32 GTR brakes, usually A disk front, O disk rear works.
    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
    • @Duncan I can try  and thanks i did not thought about VIN and part numbers for 33/34. @GTSBoy yeah it looks like iam gonna do that
