How was powercruise?

Thanks fellas, yeah the 4wd is rooted. Decided to end the weekend early after the SAU dyno meet. I don't want to do any serious damage to the drivetrain. The light has come on once in a while in the past but hasn't come on at all during this weekend - odd.

I had it out for one cruise session and it is nice to know that I can hold most of the v8's in 2wd mode without much traction. Wait till I get the AWD working.

Thanks to all and to Hill's for some good advice. I'll be contacting them later to have a deeper look into the drivetrain.

Back to the shop.

A great day comrades. :down:

First cab off the rank to de-flower the dyno and I got 121.9kW on a stock turbo, until then I had no idea on what I was working with and it's good to know what's going on with all the important parts. *looks at fuel chart and worries*

Thanks everyone for a well behaved and brilliant day. Awesome stuff. Sorry I didn't bring my car. I didn't come from home to be there so was on the bike. Should have dyno'd that I suppose. 1200cc might not be much in a car but in a bike...

Fujiwara- Bonnet is genuine c-west, and it was for free :)

long story short, dude imported a 34 that came with a cf bonnet, n he couldnt get it complianced, so he ring me

up for a direct swap :down:

It was a great day out for the liners and others. i really enjoyed myself.

Id like to thank the organizers and Hills motorsport for their effort. and i hope to see you in the next one and to see me getting double the power :D lol

      The front prop shaft from my GTR had very notchy unis, which obviously needed replacement but unfortunately uses the (usually) non-replaceable (staked) type.     A new shaft is something like $2K plus shipping from Japan.   I wouldn't even bother asking the local Nissan spares dept.     Rang Hardy Spicer but no go, which surprised me a little.     There's a place over Dandenong way that would make me a 'performance' shaft but un-necessary in my situation.   They claimed to be getting the equipment in to replace staked unis but couldn't give me a timeframe.   Anyway, long story short, found a place to do the work just 5 mins from me: https://knoxdriveshafts.com.au $420 (cash) and about a week later I have my driveshaft back.   Price includes balancing. Owner is a one man band working out of a shed in his backyard but from what I could see he's very well setup with some expensive equipment.

      Thanks. That's what I was after. One of the kits, the o-ring side is too big diameter. The other kit is a plate with a o-ring to seal and the hose connection offset.

      Are you using the factory rail?  Is there any reason you don't want to use one of the two you already have, they don't have to attach to the fuel rail directly.  If you 100% must have a FPR that directly bolts to the fuel rail, you could get a Radium setup. I use a radium fuel rail and the direct mount regulator, it is quite a sexy setup.
