So what these clowns might have made a mistake, that’s what life lessons are about.

YOU f**k up, YOU pay the price.

It just so happens that this particular mistake cost them their life, I am sure the scum bags made plenty of bad choices before hand and got away with them and so thought this to be like any other time.

You can’t blame your past for your future decisions good or bad!

All repeat criminals should have this happen.

I wish all the best to foamer and hope that she or he can help a percentage but even she/he has to admit that atleast 70 percent are lost causes.

I see this everyday and cant help but feel discouraged as Police try to lock these idiots up and the Judges keep letting them out with slaps on the wrist.

I am more than happy to see them on their way to hell.

I dont see how locking them up is any better. It costs taxpayers around 65 to 70,000 a year to keep each one of these rsholes incarcerated.

Bring on Three strikes I say but the third isnt incarceration for life :D if you know what I mean "COSTS ABOUT 30 CENTS.

If that was the case you would notice society for some strange reason recovering and just getting better and better.

The criminal justice system is named so because thats who it benifits.

IF MY CAR EVER GETS STOLEN I WISH THIS ON THE CAR THIEF ALTHOUGH MY CAR WOULD BE SADLY MISSED BUT I HAVE INSURANCE :) .

Dont know about the 30 cents part..But make them earn their keep.Fix our roads, build new dams...Slavery type of thing is a better idea...repay society for the damage they have done

I stopped reading this thread because i thought i was going to get flamed again, but after working up the courage to have a peak, things seem to have cooled off :) calling everybody a dickhead probably wasn't the best way to start my post, especially as i have just paid for my qld membership, so will probably meet quite a few of you.

just to share with you some of my frustrations, and to show you where your tax dollars are going, i have another 14 year old that i am working with, who in the past 6 months has done $52 000 thousand dollars worth of damage to property ($34 000 to workers cars and roughly $18 000 damage to property). he hasn't even been charged by the organisation, instead he has been cautioned over and over again, with the mentality of "let's not give him a criminal record as it might ruin his future". And all those costs do not take into account extra staff hours that have been paid to work with this kid. At $40 per hour that we get paid, it adds up quick.

anyway, back to work tomorrow, after a few days off to chill at the gold coast. get my skyline back from east coast customs on friday, so at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.

    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
    • I also used NP   That’s were it’s seems to be the best place to fit it? All schematic shows also that it’s should be referenced from the turbo housing. But idk, I do see high hp cars without any connection or anything to their turbos, so I really don’t know how they connect their things
