i'm not complaing, we could do will all the rain we could get...

man, what is it with some people. This has NOTHING to do with being a hero, or being 'fully sick'. My goodness, i spend most of driving trying to beat the fuel economy figures i got the tank before (in economical terms).

it was soooo slippery out there today, maybe i just collected some decent oily water from beach road or something, but this was just a WARNING to everyone else that the roads might be a bit more dangerous than they would expect after some rain. F*cking hell, excuse me for warning fellow SAU Vic peeps to take it a bit easier than they might think...

fark....

i agree no one has jumped on hear and started saying how awsome they could slide out going round corners and stuff like that at all, and how much of a hero they are at doing it, all he was saying is be careful because it hasnt rained in a while and the roads always become extra slippery because of it.

man the roads were awesome today!!, full opposite lock and arm out the window! If only i had my helmet to hold out the window like all the d1 drifters!

:(

seriously though, the roads were slipperly today especially in the morning. With the water picking up all the dust/oil + 8am peakhour and everyone still half a sleep on the roads, its just asking for trouble

lol fully sik you should of filmed it and put it up on youtube. :D

if you think we are talking about hoon driving in this topic look at the last comments in the 'spotted' thread thats some stuff to complain about not this.

^^^LOLLLL i remember them pics^^^

Seriously tho, you dont have to be fully sik to get caught out un-expectedly. And due to the fact that it just doesnt rain all that often anymore we need to be wary that everyone's wet driving experience has decreased slightly....

I had a Burger in one hand and dart in the other, 3rd gear and my back and was steppin out, and I hardly had my foot on the throttle too.

you smoke in your 34???? :) that makes baby jesus cry

Im not trying to drag how "fully sick" my car is. And I can easily control the throttle so I dont loose traction when coming out my drive in the wet, I was just agreeing with how easy it was due to conditions and how I was caught by surprise yesterday morning.

yeah my ass end was all over the place on the way home. heard there were a few crashes around.

amazing how it can go from hot dry 35 degrees then the next day 22 rainny cold and wind. Only in Melb :)

Not quiet. In Canada they have Chinook (sp?) winds... one day it could be minus 35 C in winter and the next day it can be plus 5 C. Melbourne has nothing like that lol

Seriously what a poor excuse for the thread. You guys are muppets.

1. Yes throttle control is important

2. You don't' have to be a fu(king hero to spin wheels in the wet so get of you pedestals princesses. I span my Fords wheel in the wet going up a hill yesterday, why? Because it's simply SHIT in the wet but it took all of 0.5 of a second to stop it. Jesus - someone call the hoon squad before I kill someone.

Rant over! :D

    • I haven’t pulled the injectors to watch them spray yet but they are clicking from the cas and all of the spark plugs are wet with fuel. I’ve thought the cylinders were being flooded from the beginning and was hoping fuel pressure would fix it. Tonight I am going to pull the rail and watch the injectors spray. Don’t know how to test/diagnose if the plugs are firing in correct sequence but that should be a timing thing and as far as timing goes my car still has the half moon for the cas can only install it 1 way. And my mechanical timing is 100% correct I posted photos above. Confirmed with the balancer on and off.
    • I checked spark on all cylinders and they all visually have spark with the plug pulled and grounded, but plug 1 is the only one that fouled. This was a running swap that blew up and was rebuilt by a machine shop, put a new wiring specialties harness and did all gaskets, studs, and bolts while it was out.  compression is 135-150 across all cylinders. Aside from that from my understanding with the z32 ecu and maf the car should start regardless. The wiring for TPS and the dual 02 sensor/ dual knock sensor stuff shouldn’t actually stop the car from starting or even running well, (just slightly rich)  they just give fault codes. Car supposedly is supposed to start as long as you have z32 afm and ecu with the nistune base map and that’s info coming from a well known and trusted tuner who does a lot with SR/RB (Rsenthalpy). After more trouble shooting today where I’m at right now is that the cas is sending signal to the injectors they click while spinning the rotor, Fuel pressure is now set at 43psi, all cylinders have good compression and all of the plugs looked great (just wet with fuel) except for cylinder 1 which was very black (cylinder 1 has 150psi compression). all of the coils generate spark if pulled out and grounded out on the head. On the fuel pump car just pops into the exhaust. On starting fluid car will fire off. Hard to tell if all cylinders are firing off but definitley a couple. sounds like all of them but it’s only for 3-5 seconds hard to tell.
    • Final update!!! Got the front bar fitted and sprayed and all sorted now. My cutouts worked great and the indicators aren’t just falling off. 😂
    • Is this a brand new LSD? if so, have you followed any break/bed in procedure for it? Usually involves heaps of figure 8 patterns, a fluid flush.
    • It's TWO steering wheels actually. 😛 one for each hand They are wheels, and they steer!
