Its really wierd to see so many people buy a car based on what they think they will look good in, not because of the aspects of the car etc....good example is my friend who is a midget emo and should only drive a vespa but for some stupid reason wants a GTR so he can look wicked cool and get teh mad street cred and teh props on teh interweb...

He wants an r33 gtr bad, but hes small, and said it wont suit him cause big people generally look better in them, so his vote goes for a smaller r32 gtr, even though r33 was is favourite!...

is it me, or are other people like that aswell?.....i mean comon, ive seen small people in big cars...it doesnt really make any difference to be honmest, yeah they look small in the car, so what?, at least they get the car they want....

what are your thoughts???

Fixed

I guess hes right in a way

I once saw this little bloke in a huge SS.. It looked pretty funny!! coz all i saw was this little head trying to look over!!

mind you he was old.. not some 16 year old kid..

So yea i guess he could be right

Maybe he should get a Suzuki Mighty Boy? He should look Huge in it!

Or perhaps start scarfing down some steroids for brekky...

Seriously though, your friend is silly to not buy the car for that reason.

R33 GTR seats make the driver look small because they sit low, in my opinion who cares?

Does your friend want a car or a fashion accessory?

If he wants something to look big in, maybe a large SUV rather than a sports car. Or if he wants to look big *inside* the car get a Micra or Smart car

I buy my cars irrespective of what other people *might* think I look like in them, you don't have to be tall to own an R33 GTR!

Tell him if he buys a GTR R33,

"He will be the one driving down the road with the Long (Straight 6) dong with 2 big balls (Twin Turbos) hanging off it". :P

Then he won't feel so small.

hahahahahahhahahha the second best laugh ive had today

how about those guys that drive whatever sick car they have, with the seat reclined so far back, all you can see is their eyebrows bobbing around just above the dash as they are heading towards you. now thats a concern.

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
