What would be a good injector fuel pump setup for this mild turbo on a RB25? Wanting to run around 1 bar boost with remaped factory ecu eventually. Currently i have the factory ecu.

Car is auto and i only want around 220 rwkw for a street car.

I have installed a FMIC, 3" PE2 exhaust and split dump, high flow cat. Splitfire coils. Gt2530 turbo.

Would 550cc injectors be ok for this turbo?

What fuel pump?

Please help me out.

I have a set of 555cc Nismo injectors if you want them.Direct drop in.They have been used for about 7000k and are in perfect condition.

Looking for $550 delivered.

I have a Nismo fuel pump in my car.Cant got wrong with those items.

anyone?

Didn't someone already reply?

As he said, 555 would easily do the job.

I have the s15's too running a hks 2535 on RB25. no probs.

(although for $550? go for that!)

Fuel pump? There's heaps of options, just do a search on the many Bosche/nismo/tomei options

Nismo and Tomei cost a little more but so much less muckin around.

s15 480cc will do the job and cheaper than NISMO 550cc

If you want to spend the cash then get the NISMO 550cc

^ both will be sufficient

If you want to spend the cash then a NISMO or TOMEI replacement fuel pump will drop straight in

If your happy to go with a cheaper pump then a WALBRO will also drop straight in

or a BOSCH 040 if you don't mind cutting the fuel pump cradle

Stock injectors should handle that much power with the factory regulator, if not get a hold of an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and make sure you've got a pump that'll flow enough. They shouldn't need much more pressure at 1 bar. A lot cheaper than new injectors (unless you can find s15 injectors cheaply).

A walbro will be fine, just make sure you get the 'high pressure' version.

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
    • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
