sooo glad my car is in the workshop at the moment lol bet when it comes out will be sitting at home all day coz there wont be any fuel around. any idea if a LPG conversion is possible? i reckon it should run better with regards to power and efficiency coz its a higher rated fuel and colder as well...

I'm not sure how many of you use Shell V-Power Racing fuel.

There are a only a scattered few Shell servo's around that sell it as you may be awear. I pick mine up from Cowpasture Rd Green Valley. For the last 3 weeks I have filled up, Yes it is more expensive, but the 3 times i'v been there it has been avalible.

My 34 love's it so much. Knock reading would not get any higher than 15-20 and the performance is great.

    • Despite the level up question, actually I do know what that is....it is a pressure sender wire.  So check out around the oil filter for an oil pressure sender, or maybe fuel pressure near the filter or on the engine. Possibly but less likely coolant pressure sensor because they tend to be combined temp/pressure senders if you have one. Could also be brake pressure (in a brake line somewhere pre ABS) but maybe I'm the only one that has that on a skyline.
    • Pull codes via the self-diagnosis procedure. As far as I can tell this is just a sign of transmission issues but not a code unto itself.
    • Hi All, putting the engine back together and everything is perfect except have this plug left over.. any ideas what it is for and where it goes? Is on cold side under the intake plenum *note not a stock plug, as everything has been modified Cheers
    • Sounds like a misfire. Check fuel pressure and don't even think about going into boost while it's like this unless you enjoy engine rebuilds.
