Yeh i donno if this colour suits R32 GTR........ otherwise its a nice looking car.

i really like this color on my gtr, what do yous guys think this car is worth, ive decided not to sell it but what do yous think this gtr is worth, it has alot done to it and has about 241awkw@1bar , i was just comparing with other gtr and this one is just too spotless and i was thinking it will be worth a fair bit, i had stupid offers like 22gz but just didnt know what this is worth so maybe yous guys will know,

cheers tony

I like it, don't mind the colour either..

One thing I picked was the car looks agressive at the front but very subtle when you pan out to the rear... Some wheels, n1 skirts and some rear pods would finish it imo.

It's a keeper thought!

Love it mate, very nice/clean GTR you've got there....I think the colour, mags and carbon bonnet all suit really well.

The only thing I would pick is a few too many vents in the bonnet and just add some N1 side skirts and rear pods.

Looks very tough though, its a keeper :D

Cheers!

lol interesting choice of colours... Autech brought out a factory R32 sedan in the early 90's in that olive green colour too. without the gold pearl obviously.

seriously for a R32 GTR with average mods (assuming that from the power figure) 22k (sadly) is a pretty good offer there is well modded rebuilt ones around for that much, sucks i know but thats how the market is going! Hurt like hell when i sold my for a pitance compared to its 'real' worth

looks much better in the sun :D

with regards to selling it, put the price up that you feel it's worth, and if someone develops the same passion for it as you, they'll pay for it.

Having said that, you may have to wait a while before someone like that comes along, but if you're in no rush to sell, shouldn't be an issue

cheers tony

I actually like that colour...its so army cammo. Its also a couple of shades of top secret gold...with a little more brown.

Itd look at home on a tank as well.

    • Bit difficult to follow. Have a look below and see what the standard R32 layout was like. Note there was a restrictor in place immediately before "turbocharged pressure control solenoid" that, if removed, magically got you 1 bar boost.
    • I might be way off the mark here.. there must be a T junction under the manifold. That takes manifold pressure through a check valve prior to the T, one side splits out to this bleed off orifice, the other straight to the wastegate actuators.
    • Carrying out some engine due diligence before my first drive in a 260RS that has been in storage for 10+ years, and found two lines that are susposed to be plumbed into the boost control solenoid. One of the lines (the wastegate boost supply line) to actuate the gates, had a bolt in one end blocking it. The other line (main boost signal line) from the very rear of the intake manifold (RB26DETT) and runs up to the boost controller had this pill in the end of it as seen in photos. Other than the obvious (T28 Ceramic turbos might well be cooked)  Can anyone shed any light on if there is any validity at all with this mod, bleeding a constant fixed rate of manifold boost pressure off through this 3mm hole?  Is it deliberate?  Was this a 90s Jap mod done to RB26's? Or has someone just fitted this without any idea of what happens to ceramic T28s if they are not gate controlled?
    • This looks great! Awesome to have the 5 speed with an LSD in this. The Recaro's look like SR2's or SR3's. It's a shame they've been retrimmed as they would have looked sweet in their original colours. I think I'd want my agent to be a little more up front and informative too. I've never imported but I reckon it would make me a little nervous, so the more info the better.
