might have more luck in the classifieds section...

That is such a utterly retarded idea... honestly, what the hell were you thinking when you suggested that. People these days.... geez.

I just realised as I've only just woken up my sarcasm might not be coming across so well.

Just for the OP: You might what to add what year the car is as well.

sorry guys, the car is a 1995, i cant beleive no one wants to buy it, i mean its a r33 skyline (one of the greatest skylines of all time) and it has a tone of modifications but nothing that is going to affect the engine like two t67 turbos or anything thats going to damage the internals, when i was looking to buy a skyline i was looking everywhere for a next to stock r33 and there where none to be found under $15,000 now i'm trying to sell myn for 10,000 and noone wants it?? ggrrrrr!

i cant beleive no one wants to buy it

WOW, the ad has been up for 5 hrs now and no one has bought it, thats amazing.

These things take time, i would expect (even at the cheap price) it will still take a few weeks atleast.

Would not hurt to put a link in your sig either, that way you get advertisement with every post you make.

Also it is easier for some people to do a trade rather than sell there car and buy yours so list the cars you are after and maybe you can work something out that way, also saves you having to screw around finding another car.

id buy this without a second thought if i wasnt getting a R34, good luck with the sale! very cheap price too. Ill let anyone know about it if i find someone who's looking

thanks heaps for all you words of support guys, i know the car wont sell straight away, but i'm just really anxious to sell it, i dont want to sell the car like a week before the babys due and then have to rush around to buy a new one and get a dud just coz i was rushing, but i guess time will tell how the sale goes, like i've said if anyone would like to know anything about the car or come and see the car in person please feel free to call me anytime, i will be more than happy to answer any questions. thanks again \|/

pics of the back... also does it have standard or larger exhaust?

the car has a 3" turbo back exhaust system running back to a 4" catalystic converter, the whole system was installed about 6 or 7 months ago. I'm gonna try and put some pics of the underside of the body, with the chassis rails and joints as well but if anyone wants to come and see the car in person please do. you wont be dissapointed, this car has been truley looked after

basically, it is a series 1 with Teins, front and rear strut bars, bov and exhaust and stereo.

$10K sounds like a fair price with all that on there.

I think that colour is the hardest to sell.

You do know that there are baby seat mounting points in the back of these cars right?

If my Lab can fit, your baby can.

i know there are mounting points but have you ever tried to put a new born or even a 6 month old in a baby seat in a two door car?? not the easiest thing to do plus if i use the car as my daily driver then it will be putting ks on the clock when it doesnt need to, like i've said i would love to keep the car but it just isnt practical at the moment so it has to sell

    • GCG is a good company, they're a major distributor for Garrett in Japan as well.
    • Nah, OEM washer bottle and brake fluid reservoirs are fine I don't know what it is with the plastic that Mazda used, some plastics, like the washer bottle and brake fluid res are fine, and still look new after 20 years use, where as the coolant expansion tank, and PS reservoir, that I replaced with new OEM items when I first got the car, turned yellow and started getting brittle a few years later If the dirty yellow stained plastics didn't trigger me there wouldn't be an issue, but they did, much like the battery bracket....... Meh As for going back to work full time to support car stuff, nope, why, because I own a Mazda NC MX5, not a Nissan R series Skyline 🤣
    • I've never heard of CJ-motor, so can't advise you on them. I'd just go straight to GCG for a GCG highflow though. Seems no point to use a middleman. I'm somewhat surprised that the price on the CJ site is lower than the GCG retail price. Even though CJ would get a discount of some sort, you would hardly expect them to give up so much margin. Maybe the price is out of date? Having said that "I'd go to GCG"...when I did my highflow, I went to Hypergear. I did this https://hypergearturbos.com/product/rb25dethighflow/#tab-dyno-results with the R34 OP6 450HP profile. With the BB centre (extra $400) and intially with the standard boost actuator, but I eventually got him to send me the high pressure one when I got to the point of being able to actually use it. Ends up costing the same sort of money as the GCG highflow, but this is, of course, the turbo that I KNOW has a shorter length core and so moves the comp cover rearwards. The GCG apparently doesn't do that. My mechanic also swears by the GCG highflow, given that we have another turbo rebuilder who does something essentialy the same as theirs, using Garrett wheels. He says it stands up at really low revs and makes good power. I haven't pushed my HG highflow past ~240-250rwkW yet (should have a little more in it, but unclear how much) and it does have a fairly gentle boost ramp. OK, it's much better now that I have gotten my boost controller tuned up on it.  A lot of my earlier unhappiness was because I couldn't keep the wastegate flap as closed as it needed to be (including some mechanical issues). I'd still prefer it to boost up nearly as quickly as the stocker, and it certainly a bit slower than that. So maybe the GCG one is worth the first look (for you).
    • Ok thanks 🙂 I will higly consider this. Any "known" company for a good reviews and experience to send that off? Is that CJ-motor good one? Or go straight to GCG site? I need to use VPN to even find some of those "shops" let alone access them 🙂
    • You can literally put in as much WMI as it takes to quench the combustion totally (and then back it off a little, obviously), and it will keep making more and more power. The power comes from the cooling effect of the water (and the meth) and the extra fuel (the meth, which also has massive octane). It is effectively exactly like running E85. One might be slightly better than the other, but they are damn close. But with either you can lean on the boost or the timing (or both) waaaay more than with just petrol and the results are similar. Here's the first thing I googled for an anecdotal bit of evidence. Can't access the attachment without being a gold member, but it is there for the getting if able to, or searched up elsewise perhaps. https://www.hpacademy.com/forum/general-tuning-discussion/show/wmi-vs-e85/
