GTST he is just a kid for christ sake. Why dont you grow up a bit and not be an internet tough guy. Show some tolerance, he is just after some advice. Didn't you dream big when you were young? try and act a bit bigger? or did you save that for now when you're "older". Honestly you get on these threads and throw your weight around so much, it gets a bit tiering after a while.

And yea, Juz, what is with the caps for every word?

Well said Mitch,

Guys give Juz a break...Mitch is right in saying Juz just wanted to come and get some advice.

We probably sound like parents Juz, but the reality is, its probably the best avenue for you to travel.

But i do encourage you to take part in our culture. You dont have to own a skyline to wonder around these forums. Make some good mates, get to some meet ups, and just enjoy!

It should be mentioned that you should approach people with maturity and relevance when seeking help/advice.

Your first mistake is a R32... Unless its off someone whos spent alot of time on it then id go a r33 or r34 not much between them.

R32's often have problems and the worst thing for a p plated is problems.

i got n r32 gtr not a problem mate f**kin awesome cars so dont listen to tools that dont know what thyre on about man

Juz - If I knew you in person, I'd punch you square in the mouth if you spoke in your gansta shit.

grow up mate.

do you see anyone else talking like Vanilla Ice in here?

You are but one of Many little skool holleydayz kids that come on here starting stupid shit and lieing to increase the E-respect or something.

Head on over to boostcruising for that type of shit.

and LEARN TO SPELL.

Aiight.. Peace out homes.. Word to your mother..!

If only you knew how much of a conversation topic you make in the Member's section :D

get a subaru brumby.......john brumby approves of it

I love Brumbys. I wanted to put a EJ20T in one at one stage :)

You should aim for a R31 GTS-X (if they come naturally aspirated...)

r31gts-rbia2.jpg

2 door R31, you don't see them everyday and they definitely look mean... in my opinion... which matters heaps on the interwebz eh? :)

EDIT

By they way, this afternoon I spent $86.74 on 53.25L of fuel. Oddometer read something like 490ish. It has been one of my heavier weeks after doing the "ground your boost solenoid" mod, but I'm comfortable with that economy

GTST,

mate if you think im one of the "little skool holleydayz kids", you don't know me, so don't judge me. if you think im on this forum to cause trouble your very wrong mate, i have a genuine interest in skylines. I just posted this topic to get some information/feedback, i wasn't looking for trouble or anything along those lines, but i have to say one thing, you are a real big man if you wont to hit a 15 year old...makes me smile.

you "WONT" in wat you guys are doing.

We earnt our cars generally by spelling properly and not abusing the old 'lolz' to much.

buy, sorry I mean bye... no wait... by a matchbox car or a model to keep you going until you finish reading a dictionary. That's my advice :P

I wish I got paid for correct spelling and grammar, wouldn't that make life simple.

A small correction to your post, that's not a superfluous O it belongs there.

this thread should be closed before it becomes an all out slanging fest.

Matty, does spelling and grammar really matter in a forum? we know what was trying to be said so what does it matter? seriously i make spelling and grammar mistakes all the time. Yea its good that someone told Juz to try and fix it up, but i dont think he needs to be told by a group of people.

Comeon guys give the kid a beak, he is only 15 and experiencing some awkward "changes" :)

    • Nope.    Grab a varex and turn it down as you get close to home, win win?
    • So, I've had my V36 for about a month now and have already copped an "excessive exhaust noise" notification from QLD TMR, reported by someone in my local area. It's a twin as per the original, and can have a bit of a throaty note to it when idling cold 😄 and if I do get up it a bit, it can be noisy, but it did pass a roadworthy inspection before sale, so.... ... but in the interest of being a good neighbour, I do want to quieten it down a bit. Is anyone here running a quiet aftermarket cat-back on their V36 or 370Z? And the big, bold question: does an aftermarket cat-back really make much of a performance difference on these cars?
    • The wiring diagram for the R33 RB25 is freely available, and is essentially the same same as most other RBs (just with differences as to which pin # does which job). To get the ECU to power up, you just need to provide power to the ECCS relay, and have the other power feeds that come in from the top left of the wiring diagram (wrt the ECU) that give perma power to the fuel pump relay, the ECU itself, etc etc, all connected. When you put power on all these it will just come to life. It's pretty clear from the diagram what needs to happen. Just follow the lines from the 12V + supply stuff in the top left over towards the ECU. I've even posted snips of such diagrams (not for vanilla 25, I think for Neo and 26) to various threads here in the last few months, talking about what it takes to get the fuel pump and FPCM up and going. Search these up and they will help get you started on doing the same with the vanilla 25 diagram. Hell, for all I know, I've done the same with that one in years past and have forgotten.
    • Yep...so unless someone posts up the answer you will need to probe from the ECU connector to the dash plug with a multi meter in continuity mode to trace the wires.  Note the ECU has multiple - and + (and across different key settings - Battery, IGN and Start) and most likely the power is fed from the connector(s) that is normally near the left hand headlight.
    • Thanks Duncan, I am actually just trying to get the Rb turning and running with the RB25DET S2 original loom itself  I am just trying to get it going outside the body and not thinking about the S15 or trying to match anything to the S15 loom at all I am only trying to see if anyone has done this and what pin they found to be the ignition trigger and ECU+/- on the dash connector, that's about it. Thanks
